I am very sensitive to medications, so finding the right treatment has required a careful and individualised approach. When I experienced side effects, my concerns were taken seriously and appropriately escalated, allowing me to review everything with my consultant and begin a new treatment plan tailored to my needs.

Dr R Hazlett deserves special praise. During my appointment, I was extremely anxious and struggling, but he immediately recognised how difficult things were for me. He took the time to reassure me, answer my questions, and make sure I felt heard. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Her calm, compassionate approach made me feel genuinely safe, which is something I value enormously as a patient.

I would also like to thank Dr D Brenmer for his expertise and oversight of my care. Together, they have helped me feel supported and confident throughout my treatment journey.

One of the most valuable things I have learned through Curaleaf is that more medication is not always better. At one stage, I was using more in an attempt to improve my symptoms, but in reality I was making myself feel worse. My clinicians helped me understand this and guided me towards a much more balanced and effective approach. I am now using a minimal amount, yet achieving better symptom control than before.

What stands out to me about Curaleaf is their focus on responsible symptom management rather than simply increasing prescriptions. They take a sensible, evidence-based, patient-centred approach and are willing to adapt treatment when needed rather than taking a one-size-fits-all view.

Given my medication sensitivities, feeling safe and confident in my care is incredibly important. Curaleaf has consistently provided that reassurance. I feel I am in very safe hands and would not consider changing clinics. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, responsible, and compassionate medical cannabis service.

I have been with curaleaf almost a year now. Medication totally arrives the next day, and if there's any problems customer care is always fast to respond, as is the pharmacy.

Good reliable service. Good clinic. It can take a couple of days for the paper prescription to get to their pharmacy but once they have it it’s a quick service regarding dispatch and delivery.
My last appointment was with a doctor I hadn’t seen before. One appointment with him and after years of talking to a lot of medical professionals I now understand why these medications help with some of my health issues but not all. I did know this with my health but I never got told why. Thanks to Doctor Richard Hazlett I now know and fully understand. With health it is important that us patients understand our health problems, the medications we get given and how they work. He did it in a detailed but simple and concise way.

Been with CLC for a year and I 100% would recommend if you are looking into this. All the doctors are very knowledgeable, Dr R Hazlett is especially easy to talk to and helpful when looking at the variations and with general queries around useage.

I've been with Curaleaf now for a couple of years & I honestly can't really fault them. Their service has been fantastic, regardless of the time of year or larger issues affecting certain aspects (like a UK shortage of CBD!).

Medically, I have found the products (flos) to be of a high standard & they have helped me manage my conditions, where nothing else has; thank you! Were it not the case, I'm not sure where I would be mentally!

Last, but not least, the polite & friendly manner, which all staff & clinicians have shown, has been very welcome indeed. Only today, during my appointment with Dr. Richard Hazlett, he was able to offer new advice & insight into an underlying skin condition, of which I'd not heard before. As always, it was an enjoyable, interesting & helpful conversation with a medical professional; not to be sniffed at today, with our NHS in the state that it is!

Really positive across the board. I see Richard Hazlett and he’s been really kind and helpful. I was intimidated to start as I don’t have much experience and he made the process less daunting.
