Ordered 18 days ago and still not been approved, have used them for 10 months with a variety of delays but not this bad. Had to have a video consultation (as per new guidelines, which is fine) and was told I need a subsequent call from the pharmacist within 2/3 days, that was a week ago and still no call. Have now ran out of medication and missed my medication day, even though I ordered with plenty of time. Will give it 2 more days to see if they can rectify this situation, if not I will claim a charge back from my bank.

My experience has been phenomenal from beginning to receiving the products. Samantha has taken the time to introduce me to brands that would benefit my business and has been so supportive in helping me curate the best products for my customers. Their selection is diverse, featuring some of the most innovative beauty products - this have made buying for my business so much easier. Purchasing online is super straightforward and I was even given the opportunity to test some samples before buying. If you are looking to sell products for your business, I would not look anywhere else!

Fantastic Customer Service, however I did find the system quite difficult to navigate. Also, some of the retailers where slow to respond.

It has been easy to contact brands directly and if any help is needed, the team have had a quick response.

This is very bad experience this time
First the brand Bella aura sending the products within one year to us, even shorter than last order in January.

And Kiki health 4 of them are Broken
Be honest Sam did very good job in this shipment . At least he try to ask Bella aura what happens, of course there is nothing can do from sam.

But Kiki health refund those 4 broken products
