Ordered 18 days ago and still not been approved, have used them for 10 months with a variety of delays but not this bad. Had to have a video consultation (as per new guidelines, which is fine) and was told I need a subsequent call from the pharmacist within 2/3 days, that was a week ago and still no call. Have now ran out of medication and missed my medication day, even though I ordered with plenty of time. Will give it 2 more days to see if they can rectify this situation, if not I will claim a charge back from my bank.

Be honest Sam did very good job in this shipment . At least he try to ask Bella aura what happens, of course there is nothing can do from sam.
