Very poor quality prints! I ordered a large pano photo which came out extremely dark, almost like a contrast filter or the like has been added at time of print; nothing like the original file sent. The faces are barely visible, and the background is almost black for most elements (when it shouldn't be). The file is direct from a professional photographer so quality of image sent is not the issue. For the price, the outcome was extremely disappointing.
I sent three emails over a four week period and no response received, even though the website notes a 24hr response timeframe. I also posted a poor review on their page which requires to be received by “admin”. Don’t trust the reviews on their website, either false or they don’t publish poor ones.

"Quality Guaranteed" is meaningless. A guarantee is worthless if you can’t contact the company. Curated Frames has no phone number and does not respond to emails.
I recently ordered six large, expensive prints, and they all arrived so dark that they are unusable. I understand that screen brightness affects printing, but to match my Apple display to the actual prints, I have to reduce the brightness to just 3 out of 17 stops—making the screen too dim for practical use or editing photos. That is far from acceptable.
I attempted to contact Curated four times by email, but they have never responded. I would have preferred to resolve this directly, but since they refuse to engage with their customers, I feel I have no choice but to leave this review. I tried to leave this review several times through their review process but they are using filters to stop negative reviews, hence why there are only positive 5 star reviews. Shame on you!
