I've so far got 11 pieces from Curated Studio, and just ordered another 2! I've got a lot of theor framed entomolgy specimens and I have a wonderful stair gallery wall and a couple of the other subtlety around other rooms. I love my curated home natural history vibe and the frames they use. Will eventually run out of wall space im sure but super impressed by the customer service as well, especially when some I'd originally chosen were out of stock they gave options for others and were very helpful.

I bought a megladon tooth fragment in a bell jar for my son who loves sharks. It has turned up today and it's absolutely fantastic, even better than I expected. The customer service was excellent and the package was carefully wrapped. I would recommend this company and will definitely be ordering from here again.

excellent customer service from Julie ensured my order was processed, despatched and delivered in time for her birthday. The item itself looks great and I think my wife will love it. I do think this piece maybe the start of a new collection for her!

I worked with Julue on this and she was so helpful and knowledgeable the whole process was a breeze and when my moussaurous tooth arrived it arrived safely and quickly and in perfect condition and beautifully framed. This is a gift for my nephew who hopes to be an archeologist one day, so know this will be a treasured gift. I would definitely order again for his next occasion.

I ordered multiple items and would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in fossils and dinosaur ornaments like myself. They are quick to communicate as to any queries on email also.

I have bought around five items from the studio and each one has been excellent. They also always come really well packaged and secure. The free gift we received after a certain amount of purchases was also of equally high quality (a tooth fossil). The customer service is also excellent. They are always quick to reply to questions and really helpful. Great service.

After reading reviews I was slightly worried about delivery as I needed the order within 2 weeks. I placed a question form and Julie was really helpful checking they had what I wanted to order in stock and answering any questions. My order arrived well with I time and the fossil its self was really great quality! Highly recommend.

I got one of the butterfly frames for my older sisters birthday, it arrived and was beautiful, I thought about keeping it for myself haha. She was so happy when she received this gift and she mentions it every time I see her. I highly recommend

I ordered a set of Belemnite book ends which are gorgeous, really well done. They came very well packaged - thought it was pass the parcel! I also found ordering direct from their website to be cheaper than using a third party like NOTHS! Can't wait for my next piece.

I'm actually surprised they have any good reviews! My experience was identical to other people's one star reviews.
I ordered a fossil in November, but no item was delivered within a week, so I emailed asking for an eta. I just got told it's being handcrafted and will be sent the following week. There is zero mention on their website that there is a waiting time before your item is ready to be sent and no mention that the photos on the website are stock photos, so you obviously receive a different looking fossil.
I left it for three more weeks and heard nothing. By now it had been a whole month. So I emailed again only this time no reply from Curated Fossils.
I emailed again, and again no reply so I simply went to PayPal and opened a dispute case.
Within hours of opening the case the item was sent and within 20 minutes I had an email from the owner saying the item will be immediately dispatched..?
So it seems they had the item in stock afterall!
I emailed and told them not send it because after they didn't bother replying to me the week before I took my business elsewhere and no longer needed it...but they sent it anyway, despite them being told not to.
They did email and say if I did still want to return it I needed to open it and put a label inside before returning it so they would know who it was from?!?! Sounds a bit dodgy to me because how many of these fossils do they get returned every day and also there will be their own shipping slip inside!? Not only that but the box will have my address on it lol!! They also requested I not send the parcel back immediately as they will not be in the office for a week due to the Xmas period which was very inconsiderate and rude of them as I told them not to send it due to their dreadfully slow service and terrible communication, and the fact that this was a Xmas present and the date was now December 12th so I had no idea if it was going to arrive in time and they weren't responding to tell me otherwise.
Definitely seemed suspicious to me and when it arrived I just rejected it.
I got a refund from PayPal within days but heard nothing from the company, no apology for their poor service, terrible communication, obvious lying given the item was sent within hours of complaining to PayPal but yet they had ignored me for over a week.
Very suspicious behaviour for sure.
