The Joint Relief Cream is a scam. They say "satisfaction guaranteed", and also that it takes 8-12 weeks to work. However, you only have 14 days from their delivery to return. And you must return unopened, so the only thing that is guaranteed is that it is delivered.

Well when my order arrived I felt royally ripped off! The tubes are so small, 34€ for 2 x 20 gram tubes is an absolute rip off!
However, it does work!
I will not be buying again purely because of the cost.

Dreadful cream and dreadful company. The joint relief cream is overpriced and can be found elsewhere. Beware of their refund policy. I had two opened tubed and the refused to refund. You should avoid this company at all costs.

This is a SCAM! I ordered products a month ago and still haven’t received them. I can’t speak for product itself but only for the experience I have had with lack of customer service/support. I was giving customer service time to respond accordingly but they don’t seem to care (must be chatbot). The products are shipped from China (not disclosed on website) and all over social media, others are saying they have been scammed (I should have read first but went on a friends recommendation). I had high hopes it would be a useful product and can only hope that this review will be useful in helping others to avoid and not have to have the same experience I/others have had to endure (save your time and money for a more reputable company).

I've been using this as described to help thicken my hair, but as it's only been a week, I need to wait longer before I can confirm it is doing the job

Order came when it said. Disappointed in the size for such a high price. It feels like it working when it burns, but I can't keep ordering it.

So far I have noticed a small improvement and am hoping to see more results as I continue to use it

The speedily sent product was amazing and everything said about the cream is true. A super find.

It took forever to arrive ! Disappointed the tubes were so small !
But I have used it daily for a week. And it has relieved my knee pain when applied but not for very long. Maybe 3/4 hours and needed to reapply .

Ointment seems to work but has an overwhelming smell that lingers. Smells like a cross between germolene and wintergreen but I guess that’s the reason it seems to be easing the pains in the joints!

I ordered the three pack of joint cream.. after trying the cream a few times, I received an email telling me how to apply the cream correctly. They said to heat the joint area so I would take a hot shower or bath first. The cream would burn for about an hour. The knee was cool to touch. I contacted the company and asked if it should burn like that and they said no it should just be a warm tingly sensation. They advised me to quit using the cream and rinse my knees with cool water. I enquired about a refund and you can only get a refund if the package is in original unopened condition. How are you to know if the cream will work for you?

Since I have been using the product on my knees and shoulders. I feel like the the joint cream is working. They feel much better. .My shoulders don't have a lot of pain anymore.

Pain relief from product.

The cream is great but it's expensive and the pricing structure chaotic. Delivery is slow. However the cream is definitely making a difference.

This product really works. Using it regularly twice a day has almost cleared my nail fungus. Big toe nails are now much paler, instead of being yellow, and pale growth showing at bottom of nails too. Will continue treating the nails until fully recovered, but very happy with the results so far. I thoroughly recommend this treatment.

The cream is easy to apply. I’m hopeful as time goes on I will be no more pain.
