I ordered a cream for joint pain relief, but the product I received appears to be incorrectly labelled. The front of the packaging states that it is for joint pain relief, while the instructions on the back indicate that it is intended for eczema, insect bites, and other skin conditions.

This type of mismatch is completely unacceptable, particularly for a health-related product. Incorrect labelling can mislead customers and may pose a risk to their health if they use the product for the wrong purpose.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and question the quality control procedures that allowed such an error to occur. I would appreciate an explanation and an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

I have to apply your crème twice a day. Very bad knees, unable to have replacement. But I use a tube a week at least, not a month : (

They kept me informed right from when I ordered the cream. My knees have been so much better and would recommend this company. I have ordered 3 months worth and it took probably 6 weeks for me to feel the difference. I can now get out of the bath and go upstairs without so much discomfort.

It makes difference to my pain,

Using the cream has been a blessing
Sometimes I forget to put it on and my knee starts to hurt
Once I apply it again the inflammation goes away

I have two bad knees . One is worse than the other with "bone-on-bone. The better of the two knees is doing well with me walking and not using a brace.
I started the treatment (of your product) on 4/18: 2x per day. I know the worst knee is better than before BUT still needs a lot more work to bring it up to the other knee.
Any suggestions ???

Had a good experience buying 'Joint Pain Relief' from Curemedici. It has brought me unparalleled relief and I am introducingit to friends and family. The last order however took longer than usual to arrive.

This is a scam was never on dragons den and don't sell in boots as they would have you believe on there pretty pictures all fake and don't bother trying to get a refund if you don't have Adobe you have to pay 14.95 just to fill in the return form Do not buy from medic

Pain in my knees gone, just learning to walk properly again. Very happy with the cream

So far so good. Still early but it seems to be helping with knee issues.

This product is amazing! .The delivery time was a bit erratic on this order and was difficult to track, but I am more than happy with the goods.

Product delivered on time and hopefully doing it's job.

It seems to take a long time from order to delivery, but product is very good at easing the considerable pain that I have in my knees, so it is well worth the wait

So far they've provided me with no meds and only anxiety.
My clinic sent them 3 scripts over a 4week period and still they didn't provide meds or an explanation left me hanging for a month with no meds, my clinic has sent them a script and again they do nothing saying they've not received it!!! So that's 4 scripts in a row they didn't receive, why is this happening it's just not good business to leave patients with no meds😳
