Double-Billing Error Resolved

Through a technical error I was double billed for my subscription, but Jessa M. at Customer Service quickly resolved the problem and saw to it that I was issued a refund. Great service! :)

It's unfortunate that I had to cancel…

It's unfortunate that I had to cancel my subscription as I am not able to utilize it fully. But Customer Service Aira is nice and accommodating. It's good that you are able to talk to a real person, and not an annoying AI.

Wonderful Customer Service.

The agent (Marlo Rivera) I worked with was very helpful. She was polite, considerate, and well trained. She solved my problem quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Marlo Rivera is a credit to Curiosity Stream.

We decided to cancel our subscription…

We decided to cancel our subscription after having it for many years and there was no hassle. They made an offer for a discount if we stayed and we declined and so they proceeded with the cancellation and refund. There was absolutely no pressure.

It was my error when I unintentionally…

It was my error when I unintentionally let the subscription renew... I had forgotten about it and was surprised to see it had charged my card. I asked if they could forgive my error and cancel the subscription and reverse the charge. Which they did very efficiently and with prompt and friendly service.

Cancellation after auto-renewal

Times have been tough this holiday season and I had forgotten that my auto-renewal was in December. Thankfully, I received help with cancelling my account and getting refunded. I would like to return as times start improving.

Great customer service

I subscribed the Curiosity channel by mistake and requested a refund, the customer service person Nikka was extremely helpful and organised a full refund. I was pleasantly surprised.
Its unfortunate I don't watch documentaries, it would have been a pleasure to watch the channel.

I very much enjoyed Curiosity Stream

I very much enjoyed Curiosity Stream. But due to factors that had nothing to do with the quality of its presentations, I had to cancel my subscription. KD, an account rep, handled my call and request with kindness, genuine attention, and efficiency. If KD's interactive qualities reflect company qualities, I have nothing but good things to say about deal with CuriosityStream.
