If I had the option for no stars that…

If I had the option for no stars that would be my review.
My son saved up and spent 90$NZ on wheels for his 12th birthday. Not one delivery email, not contact, no product, nothing. Curious Boards shame on you. You’ve stolen the money. Disgusting.

Liars

Never shipped my order! I haven't received anything, they either don't send it or send it untracked. Over a month later and nothing. They ignore every email.

My son ordered an item and never…

My son ordered an item and never received it. Zero replies to his or my emails. Will be contacting the bank tomorrow.
Shocked considering their social media presence - Must be all fake as well.
Stay well clear - Total scam site.

Same issue as everyone apparently

Same issue as previous reviews, been a month and not a single reply, from all the emails contacted. Ended up giving up and marking the order as delivered to see if it could some how alert the store. Apparently not. £70 down and not one reply and still no product received. Don't even know how to go about getting my money back

Zero Customer Service / Ignored

Placed an order on March 13th. Waited a week with my order being listed as "preparing shipment' before sending out an email asking if everything was alright with my order (March 20th) No response. Found another one of their emails and made another inquiry about my order on the 22nd. No response.

Honestly, the refusal to respond at all is beyond absurd. If it's an issue with royal mail that's fine, but they could at the very least tell me that. As it stands, my order has been being prepared for about twenty days now, and they refuse to tell me why. They took my money, then ghosted me.

All in all we got there

To start off with. Since like May I had no problems with orders/postage.
My last 2 orders in the last 3-4 weeks everything has gone terribly.
My first problem order was back on the 28rd Aug. Where my order arrived 2 and half weeks late with me pushing for updates over a week but ontop of that the Neon Pink Piro wheels I purchased ended arriving as Neon Yellow.
Sorry delivery times are royal mails issue, cool story.
This is going no where, few emails later I settle with a 25% off code.
Right Ok I try order again.
Hot Pink Maple Wheels around beginning of the month ok fingers crossed.
1 and half weeks later still no postage tracking.
Email reply it's a royal mail issue again with them not scanning the item, item could be lost.
Day later it's lost, refund.

Eventually after this review I illicit response from them and their plans fix it all for me.
Mixed feelings.

While your email TimeFrame maybe correct for the 2nd missing order that's kind of misleading for the rest.
We are missing other forms of communication through two different types of media here also.
28th August the first original mess up occurred thus spiraling these chained events.

However, there was no lag in communication between this review and customer service emails.

We have also given this customer free product in addition to refunding their entire order and giving an additional 25% discount off their next order to remedy further Royal Mail issues.
