We contacted Jill’s curling company for what should have been a simple corporate fun day event at the Hilton. From the very beginning, the communication was shockingly unprofessional. The answers we received were short, dismissive, and often rude. Phone calls were no better — instead of being helpful, Jill came across as annoyed that we even reached out. Honestly, I don’t understand why she started this business if she clearly has no interest in working with clients. We had already secured permission from the Hilton for the event and were excited to put together something enjoyable for our company, but the way we were treated completely ruined the experience. Very disappointing.
