Bought this item only charged it once now will not charge contacted customer support but they can’t ever be bothered to reply. Don’t waste your money

Very easy to order however you will be waiting over 2 weeks for delivery which is only from the UK. Product does not work as is described in the videos. Feels very cheap, not a quality product. Customer service do respond but are not very quick with the details for getting a refund. Please save your money and do not buy this product.

Ordered the item 14days before I needed it and arrived late!! Curler its self is a great idea but it does not work. Needed to charge the curler 4 times to curl my medium length hair! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

If I could give zero stars I would, and wish I’d done more research before buying.
This company doesn’t even have a cancellation policy, and their delivery times on their website are a joke. It took over a month to arrive, and I asked several times for a refund and they avoided answering me. I was back and forth with their customer service for weeks and they just kept repeating themselves saying they can’t control delays. They didn’t send tracking information or let me know when it was on the way, and one day it arrived unexpectedly. The first time I used it I thought wow it actually works, but then after 1 use it now doesn’t even curl all my hair without going flat (the battery that is). I’ve tried several times and it doesn’t work efficiently enough now, and I don’t have long hair or loads of it. Absolute waste of time and money, avoid this company completely.
You’ll notice they don’t allow comments on their social media, probably because they know they’d get a load of backlash. Scammers and should be shut down.

Don't waste your money. Product does not work and it costs £22 to return it because it has to ship to Australia. What a waste of money.

DONT waste your money, wish I’d read trustpilot first instead of the reviews on their website. Impossible to use , they say 30 day money back , unused , how can you not use it to see if it works! Which it doesn’t. If you want to try one look on pre used web sites there are loads for sale.

1st one arrived wouldn't charge, left it charging for 24hrs , nothing.
Got in touch with Curlr they requested a video which I supplied. They sent me a replacement which arrived about 2 wks later.
This one charged up fine, but the appliance would not heat up, took that long to try and heat up it switches itself off.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!
Just adding that I've just received full refund, I contacted them through messenger on fb as they didn't really respond quickly via email

Don't buy from this company. They lead you to beleive they are a UK company. They are not and do not have a UK distribution point. When I realised this after placing and paying for my order I quickly tried to cancel it. They made every excuse under the sun about why they could not cancel and advised me to take delivery then return the item. I have to pay to have it shipped back to AUSTRALIA! They are also rather short and aggressive with their customers. They are not to be trusted.

I bought this after seeing it on Instagram before Christmas. It was supposed to have a 30 day money back guarantee. The product itself doesn't work properly and is very poorly made. I emailed the company to ask for a returns form to get my money back. They said there didn't have returns forms because the shipping was free (I paid £2.99 postage when I ordered it) but if I could post it back at my own expense to Queensland, Australia. I refused to do this without a returns form and didn't see why I should pick up the cost of postage. They then asked for videos of it not working, then offered to send another one out. I wanted my money back and not a cheap and nasty hair curler. They made it so hard to return that I eventually gave up. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Don't waste your money on this company.
Curler doesn't stayed charged and I'm still waiting on a replacement which I doubt is even coming!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND.
I'm a hairdresser and my mum gave me this for my birthday it took nearly 3 months to arrive. Plastic cheap *you get what you pay for* quality, then it just stopped working after 1 use. I messaged the company and they didn't even respond. Don't recommend terrible quality and rubbish out of china,
