I'm so sick of price gouging

I'm so sick of price gouging! They've raised prices 2yrs in a row. They say "inflation" but don't specify what exactly has increased to justify the ongoing price increases. I guarantee now that inflation is starting to go down they will NEVER decrease their prices. This feels like a last ditch effort to squeeze as much money out of customer's as they can since the economy is leveling back out.

Great company

Curology has been such a wonderful company to me for many years. I am happy to have put my trust in them with my skin for so long. Their customer service has always been top notch in whatever you need.

I'm a subscriber

I'm a subscriber. Your main product is amazing my only cobcern is your suncream . Your sunblock is horrible hard to absorb leave white layer also clumby when trying hard to rub dont recommend this product at all hope you guys improve this product. (my review based on one month try)

Products do not last

Been using curology for a few months and although I have seen some improvement in my skin, I do not like how the products does not last until your next shipment, its as if they want you to run out so you can order more sooner. Their *large*is not large and their packaging is horrible. I don't know how many times I've had problems getting product out of their pumps.

I wanted to cancel my 14 yr old…

I wanted to cancel my 14 yr old daughter's account. At first, when I saw there was no phone number I was alarmed and very skeptical. HOWEVER, Ese and Krista gave me unbelievable good service via text and email. Yes, they actually answered (even on Memorial Day weekend Saturday) AND cancelled for automatic subscription for me! 100% satisfied!

This works

I have been a life-long cyctic acne sufferer. I’ve tried everything from the proactiv line, to benzoyl peroxide washes, to spironolactone. I didn’t think Curology was going to work but I had to get off spironolactone to get pregnant and knew I wanted something topical that was sustainable. The site is very user-friendly, they customize a formula for you and have a couple types of face washes. Their moisturizer is super simple and non-greasy. It took a few months to see results but after 4 months there was a noticeable change - no more big breakouts. After about 9 months, my skin was totally clear and has stayed that way, even through a second pregnancy and postpartum. All of the products are non-drying, not harsh and just effective. Plus they ship you your products like clockwork and it’s very reasonably priced. If you’ve tried it all, I highly recommend!

Good system, a lot of room for improvement

I've used Curology for 7-8 years now, progressively increasing the tretinoin on my prescription to acclimate my skin. The providers have been helpful and quick to respond.
The subscription model has some serious flaws, however. It's difficult to pause your subscription; rather you have to manually change the shipment date when you remember.
When I became pregnant and asked to pause my shipment for a year since tret is contraindicated, I contact customer service multiple times over 3 months, and received no response. As a result, I received multiple extra charges and bottles that I will not be able to use. I was forced to cancel my subscription along with the $25 fee. I had planned to resume my subscription after my pregnancy but the lack of flexibility makes me reconsider.
