The jury is still out on the face mask. First, I haven't seen positive results yet, almost two weeks since beginning. I'll give the mask the full 8 weeks of use before making my decision on whether it... See more

I have received the update support from the customer service manager and have resolved the previous issue I had to prior team member
I'd give a zero if I could. I ordered a face, neck and mouth LED mask in MAY! The mouth device never worked. I have now been in contact with Current Body 5 times!!!! They only have AI for their customer service. I have now, sent a replacement request, sent a video, and returned the item, weeks ago now. There is no way to track the return, no one to talk to except the AI who pleasantly says that a human would give the same responses.... HORRIBLE - Where is my replacement or refund?????? Maybe ~$200 isn't a fortune but I want it back!

No access to live customer service. Product not up to standard. Paid extra for the eye protector and still waiting for it. They are a uk company with a california antenna to pass through their usa money. Go to better business bureau and read the complains. Better buy somewhere else they have tons of similar product with good customer support

I purchased the CurrentBody Skin LED Red Light Hair Growth Helmet and unfortunately have been disappointed with some aspects of the design. I haven’t owned it long enough to comment on the effectiveness of the LED treatment itself, so my review is specifically about the helmet’s design and my experience with it.
My biggest concern is that my hair became caught around the helmet/headphone area during use. When I removed the helmet, a noticeable amount of hair was pulled out. For a device specifically marketed to people concerned about hair growth and hair loss, I think preventing hair from becoming caught in the device should be an important design consideration.
When I contacted CurrentBody about what happened, I was advised to tie my hair back with an elastic and was told that I may be using a helmet that is too large. However, I purchased the smallest size available. Tying my hair back also doesn’t fully solve the problem. I have very fine hair and shorter hairs around the front of my head that cannot all be secured in an elastic. Someone with shorter hair, layers, a bob, curly hair, or fine hair could have the same issue even if they followed that advice.
I also find the built-in headphones unnecessarily large and bulky. Even with the smallest helmet size, they extend beyond my ears and don’t fit comfortably. Personally, I would much rather use my own earbuds if I wanted to listen to something during treatment than have large headphones incorporated into the helmet—particularly when that part of the design creates additional places where hair can potentially become caught.
I like the concept of the device and I’m continuing to use it because I want to give the LED therapy enough time to evaluate the results. However, given the price and the fact that this is specifically a hair-growth product, I think the design should be much more hair-friendly. I hope CurrentBody takes this feedback seriously and considers redesigning this area of the helmet rather than relying on users to keep all of their hair tied away from it.
I'm giving the product two stars for now because I haven't used it long enough to evaluate the effectiveness of the LED therapy. If I were rating the physical design alone, I would give it one star.

Received the product as described and an email for my FSA promptly.
My experience with CurrentBody has been wonderful. I love my red light mask. I use it every weekday. So far I have only used it for a week, but I know it’s working.
I find it very challenging to put in on my face. I do have a lot of hair so I definitely need to pull it up on top of my head. I struggle for several
Minutes every time to get it on. The eye inserts also are a bit cumbersome: I don’t know why they just didn’t build them in. I’ve been using it about 6 days a week for the last three weeks so let’s see. If it does provide some anti aging. Then it will be worth it!

Just received my red Current Body mask a couple weeks ago. It arrived just a few days after ordering. This mask was recommended by my plastic surgeon. Comfortable and easy to use.
I am completely and totally satisfied with current body- the products as well as their customer service! I even ordered the neck led light adding to my collection. Now all I need is the hand and head light ;)
Thank you for all your support

Have been using this product for a few weeks now and have already noticed slight improvements in skin texture and tone!

It came quickly and has very nice packaging. I love that you can trace your unit from manufacturing to testing to delivery. Also, someone had posted that the nose was uncomfortable. I don't know how that would be possible. It is flexible and the entire mask is comfortable and great quality.
I had an adverse skin reaction after using CurrentBody Skin LED Multi Light Therapy Mask. It triggered melasma. I saw my dermatologist who said to discontinue. I emailed customer service within the standard 30-day return window. The mask's system design automatically enables the Infrared and Near-Infrared settings simultaneously across its treatment modes which triggered melasma.
On the official CurrentBody website, the safety guidelines explicitly state: "If you experience excessive heat, discomfort or skin irritation during patch test or anytime whilst using the mask, discontinue and contact customer care".
This is what I did and it landed me nowhere. I was advised to give it a break and resume after 2 weeks and that the reaction may be a sign of your skin purging. Wow. For those who have delt with melasma, you know it's very different from the so-called purging and very hard to treat.
I had to contact my bank and request a charge back.

This thing is trash. It won’t work without being plugged in and completely fell apart while I was taking the cap off. I want my money back!!

From the time I placed my order to delivery of the product was incredibly fast. My mask arrived very securely packaged and in good shape. It came with clear directions for use and a number to call if I had any questions.
First purchase is full of disappointment.
Ups sytem shows that package was delivered but no proof and the hotel staff declared that it hasn’t been delivered.
Still nobody knows and tell me whre it is?

If the instrument works should be good. Also be careful the guarantee process is very misleading and they keep ask you for more information even though the instrument doesn’t work.

I have not yet used the mask. The lights are way too bright and I don’t know what to do. I contacted customer service and they said that brightness is not a valid reason to return it. I need something to completely block out the visible and IR light as I read it can damage the eyes and/or lead to early cataracts. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but now I am scared to use the product.

Love it, I have 10 days using it and I already notice the difference, and still with battery after all these days, I highly recommende it
I purchased both the LED face treatment mask and the upper chest/neck LED mask from CurrentBody US, spending over $1,000 in total. Unfortunately, both products were extremely irritating to my sensitive skin, making them completely unusable for me.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that opened products cannot be returned. Since I had to open and try the masks to discover that my skin could not tolerate them, I am now left with more than $1,000 worth of products I cannot use.
I understand that I should have reviewed the return policy more carefully before ordering, and I take responsibility for that. However, for products intended to be used directly on the skin, the inability to return an item that causes significant irritation makes this a very costly and disappointing experience. I would strongly urge anyone with sensitive or reactive skin to consider the policy carefully before purchasing. Very poor experience across the board for me.
