Easy ordering and quick delivery.

We had struggled to find curtain poles for our front windows needing 5 metres and 2.5 metres matching. We had limited choices but this exceeded all our expectations. It looks beautiful and excellent quality. Very good value.
Smooth process from ordering to delivery and kept updated with progress. Would definitely order from this company again.

Pulley at the end of my swish was damaged I only needed this part and they sent me a whole replacement in a matter of days.

Fantastic customer support, - there was an issue with the courier with one of the two deliveries, but the CurtainPoleStore team were great in resolving, despite it being the couriers responsibility!

After a lot of searching online we ordered from the curtain pole store. We needed a ceiling mounted curtain track 413cm long. It was delivered in good time especially as it’s Christmas. The best bit is it was one continuous length so no joining sections together. Very easy to fix to the ceiling. I used rawplug cavity interset fixings (M5 x 37mm) which should be more than capable of supporting heavy curtains. The track is very light and managed to install on my own. We also went for the roller gliders so should open and shut smoothly. Overall very pleased our track (silentgliss system 6840 uncorded track

I ordered the 3 Sided Bay Window Curtain Pole Antique Brass 400cm, which comes as a kit. Two 200cm poles are provided, which need to be cut to size. Surely three equal poles make more sense for a three-sided bay window? No joining piece is provided, and must be ordered separately, at an additional cost. I ended up ordering a third pole, so there was no join. Also, there are nowhere near enough rings for a pole of that length, so I ordered more, so another extra cost. The 'speedy' rings do not live up to their name and get stuck on the joins, so I cannot close my curtains. The Curtain Pole Company tell me this is because my curtains are too high, and says they warn of this on the website, but the problem still occurs when standing on a ladder with the pole at eye level, so I can't see it working at any height.

This majestic curtain pole is worth every penny. Rather than simply service the curtains it adds to the decor with its colour, style and finials. We love it… thank you!

Ordered late afternoon and delivered the next morning. Sent overnight from Bolton to Southampton then loaded onto a van at 8.10am in Southampton and arrived in Dorset later that morning. Wonderful. Everything needed was there. Curtains now up and looking good. Thank you so much.

Unhelpful sales team.
Partly at fault as I ordered 2 curtain poles, one being incorrect for what I needed.
What arrived was incomplete.
Upon speaking on the phone there where helpful and stated they could send additional items (at a cost) to make my order correct, they then sent just the remainder of the missing item.
Instigating a return the sales team where extremely unhelpful stating item needs to be returned in retail oackaging-when it arrived. Loose in plastic sleeve. My request for them to arrange collection and deduct from my refund was denied.
I am also advised that refunds can take 28 days.
All in all not a good experience, expensive for mediocre items

I ordered a curtain rail from the Curtain Pole Store, which was easy to put up and looks good - kudos to the manufacturer. I did have a query about the lengths of curtain rail stocked and sent a message about it on Curtain Pole Store's Live Chat. This was on the 18th November and I have yet to receive a reply. The couriers messaged me to say the rail would be delivered on the 21st November and it eventually came on the 24th.

For full disclosure and transparency - I requested a return in line with their policy, however as I was away and did not return it in time the return is being refused. In a poor show of customer service they do not allow any more than the required statutory minimum return times.

In addition, this appears to be a drop shipping business, they are not upfront about this matter. All of their products come from a variety of suppliers. Mine was speedy-products All products appear to be shipped by the brands, all returns go through the brands, and the products on their website are identical. Curtianpolestore is a couple running the website from a 4 bed semi in Leeds whilst Speedy Products and the other brands they sell are the legitimate companies with business premises and warehouses who handle everything. Curtainpolestore just pass your order to them.

Don't waste your time with curtainpolestore, go straight to the other brands, you'll be able to cut out the middle man for practically everything and even save a bit of money.

On the plus side, they respond quick to emails and their website works, although that shouldn't be hard when that is all that their business is.

I had been waiting almost 2 weeks (on an item that allegedly ships in 1-2 days) so sent an email to ask for an update, only to be told my order had been cancelled on 17/11 and refunded. I was told that an email had been sent to me, I’ve checked my inbox and my junk folder and have had no correspondence that explains what has happened.

On a tight deadline to get a bedroom furnished and now have to order another curtain pole that I’ve waited weeks for. Very disappointed

Absolutely delighted! There was a small mark on one of the brackets; but the Curtain Pole Store replaced the damaged product within a couple of days. Would certainly use them again and would recommend to friends and family in the future.
