I ordered a 3.6 metre pole and expected…
I ordered a 3.6 metre pole and expected it to arrive as one length. It actually came as two halves and I felt that the join was weak and in need of extra strengthening. The Rail came with three support arms of which one came apart when I tried to screw it into the threaded bolt. The arm did not seem to tighten as I screwed it into its bolt, and a metal dowel inside the arm made its way out. I had to glue it back in with No Nails mastic. For the price tag, I did expect better quality.

We understand your surprise that the 3.6m wooden pole arrived in two pieces. We do state on our website, in the product description, that poles of this length are supplied in two halves. We apologise if this was not clear when you placed your order.
Regarding the join, the screw connection, combined with the essential middle bracket, ensures the pole's stability and strength once properly installed.
We also regret to hear that you experienced an issue with one of the support arms. This is certainly not the quality we aim to provide, and we would like to offer a replacement for the faulty arm.
