I bought a pair of curtains from here and paid the uk £5.99 delivery.Upon checking my receipt i found they charged me for postage to ireland at £22!. Iv contacted them on many occasions but been ignored customer service a shambles!

Finally found the curtains I wanted ordered and paid for them only to find out they were out of stock. Went back on site to look for others but with no luck! Noticed that the original ones are still been advertised for sale.

I ordered a nice looking curtain as shown on the website. No shipment confirmation until I phoned and asked for the status after a couple of days.
Finally got an e mail stating that my money is credited back into my account since the item is out of stock.Glad I got my money back.
Terrible experience will never order from them again.

ordered 1 pair of curtains and 6 cushion covers, the curtains came but only 3 cushion covers came. tried emailing twice but still no response, taking further action with paypal to bring a case against them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

This was a fab website and I was really happy with my purchase. It was dispatched quickly and the delivery time was what was stated! Can't ask for more, will definitely be using again!

I was very pleased with my purchase considering the price I paid = ) although I did wait longer than I was exspecting.

An item I ordered online I was later told it was discontinued but still on website, and when I received the others items one was faulty but there was no return information in the parcel I had to call then them emailed me a returns label then I had to print then I always had to write a separate note to ask for a refund, This should all be in the original delivery.

Voile arrived very quickly but wrong colour sent. I sent 3 emails to let them know but received no reply. Had to phone in the end. I 'm waiting for replacement which could not be sent out until other was returned.

Firstly I irdered some voiles only one pannel arrived phobed customer service where the advisir said I had to order two where as stated on tge internet they came in packs of two. I did have another sent out after neally two weeks iv got exactly what iv ordered

Ordered two duvet sets through this company, they both arrived in good time but one was clearly faulty, this could be seen before you even opened the packet. Rang the company and arranged for it to be exchanged like for like, they sent us the returns labels so it was all paid for. When we received the replacement, it turned out to be the exact same faulty duvet set we had sent them in the first place! When I rang them to complain, the lady I spoke to appeared shocked and apologised, she said the item was in stock and arranged for us to have a new duvet set sent out and said not to worry about sending back the faulty one. We then received an email later saying the item was out of stock and offering us a refund which we accepted. I then opened the faulty duvet set, thinking at least I have a couple of spare pillow cases, only to find the pillow cases in this duvet set had been removed! All in all, not a good experience and will not be using them again.

The curtains I purchased were lovely and much better quality than I expected for the price I paid. I contacted them about a query and they got back to me the following day. A good experience with with company. Woukd use them again

Speedy delivery, great value curtains and great quality. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Item ordered as said it was available. E mail sent that item had been dispatched followed by e mail of explanation to say item was out of stock and refund would be made. No complaint about how the matter was managed but very disappointed that stock information on website and e mail that item had been dispatched were misleading.

I ordered 2 string curtains the weekend before Christmas. With it being Christmas I expected my curtains to come after the busy Christmas posting. But to my amazement the day after my mum rang me to say I had a package and it was my curtains. I could not believe it.. I can only say that this company has been professional and quick throughout my whole experience and I will use again in the future.

Lovely quality curtains look great up. Very pleased with them.
