Scammers

Scammers . Please do not buy from these people. They wouldn’t cancel order and never responded to returning the order. I’m sure it done work anyway

I strongly recommend to NOT buy from…

I strongly recommend to NOT buy from Curveins. They do not honor their return policy by using a tactic of being unresponsive to requests for return information. I believe they do this to stall and get past the 30 day return window. My wife is 2 days away from going past the return window and they have been unresponsive to multiple requests over a week. I do not like businesses that lack integrity. If they elect to not support her return, Curveins WILL be held liable. It needs to happen to protect others in the future. I am okay with using my resources to protect others from bad businesses.

There was a miscommunication that they made right

This is a follow up to below review. After additional contacts with company this was resolved and my card was credited back the full amount including shipping for the miscommunication. They are pretty dresses so I hope they continue to work on their customer service training.

I placed an order and received. When I reached out to customer service, they were all willing to help with an exchange. When I told them I wanted to return, they replied it was too late even though I just got the garments FOUR DAYS earlier. I sent the order and delivery screenshots and they are STILL giving me the runaround. They will not provide a return slip. I guarantee they are trying to wait this out for a few weeks. I have had FOUR emails so far and am beyond fed up. I spent $295.00 on 3 dresses and cannot get them to send me the information that is described in their return policy. They say U.S. company. Sounds like I am not the only one with this issue.

If you have an issue, continue ro reach out to this company to get resolved. As stated above, they did make this right! Thank you!

I bought a dress and it was delivered…now I'm trying to return it and they won't let me.

I bought a dress and it was delivered today. I decided to return it because I changed my mind and I cannot log into my account and it won't let me change my password to get into my account. Then when I press the forgot my password button, it says I've tried too many times. Not great customer service.

If you pull up size chart on page with dress picture you see it doesn’t go to right for waist and hip measurements.

The dress is stunning

The dress is stunning. Fits to size. Even with shipping issues, Customer service was right on it. Helped me. Even reimbursed my priority shipping since it was delayed. All in all, I would highly recommend and buy again!!!

DO NOT ORDER

The dress I ordered was made poorly and too big. When I attempted to return it, they said it was past due and that they would award no flexibility. It was my first order, an order that was pricey. For this price range, I expect better costumer service.

DO NOT purchase from this company

DO NOT purchase from this company. When I finally received info on how to return a dress that didn't fit, after they received the dress they told me they couldn't accept it because it was covered in white dog hair and it had an odor. Yes, I have a dog...a black dog. But I had carefully checked to make sure the dress was pristine. And my home has no odors. They just don't want to give me my money back. RUN AWAY from this company.
