I was expecting my package on either Friday or Saturday because I needed for an occasion but it didn't arrive until Thursday. I tried to reach out via email but didn't get any help or even a reply back.

I placed an order nearly a month ago and still it has not arrived. After reading some of the recent reviews I am now convinced that there is something seriously wrong here. I have attempted to contact them numerous times but still no response. I advise anyone to use caution when dealing with these people.

Never received goods, I’ve been requesting a cancellation and full refund for coming up to three weeks. No correspondence. It’s such a shame because I’ve ordered from here before and it was good quality but now it’s poor customer service. I just want my money back.

Delay in sending the dress had to chase it up a week after I ordered it

I would never buy another item from this company. Two bad experiences is enough! The clothing is poor quality, mis sized and very tacky. In addition customer service is non existent! Waste of time and money!

Be aware very dishonest and fraudulent individuals! Returned an item in AUGUST that was faulty in multiple ways and was told via email response that I would receive a refund. Contacted them using the number on their Clearpay store contact details, spoke to a lady and informed them the item had been returned and signed for. They didn’t even bother to check although it was next day delivery signed for. I heard nothing from them in terms of return being processed/confirmation of a refund and I checked spam emails to be sure. Their email response time is RIDICULOUS, they’ve purposefully not included a customer service number on their website to avoid customers. Then they have the audacity to include this stupid clause that states, “ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund”. Please make it make sense I pay for a return which is fine, but you still collect money from my shipping cost. DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE, disappointment awaits you. CURVICK DO BETTER!! Oh and using a biblical scripture when being so dishonest is foul and rest assured Curvick God is not pleased.

Terrible ... Return item back in Aug still no response... No refund and no item ... My last outfit was amazing, but after this experience I would not recommend this company .. I feel robbed I even ask to return the item I sent back ... Unprofessional Company .....

Late delivery. No response on the three occasions I’ve tried to contact them. Most frustrating the item I had ordered is now showing as ‘out of stock’ rather than email me to inform me of this and offer me a choice of a different item or refund me; CURVICK has taken it upon themselves to choose a completely different outfit to send to me. The new jumpsuit is a similar colour so maybe they thought I wouldn’t notice. The random item I have received is also poorly. And I’m still waiting for a refund which I’m probably going to have to go through PayPal for. A terrible company in every aspect!

I wasn't in at the time but I live in a block of 8 flats. It was delivered into communal hall and placed outside my door.
Best service I ask for.

Very bad communication and late delivery they even send my order short after l ordered 3 ltems send 2 and other dress no belt l been send lots of emails no response their service totally zero until now l haven't heard from them so slow delivery no communication treble company to buy from l will never recommend anyone to buy from this company no good on everything

I ordered x2 dresses, selected for Saturday delivery which cost £14.99. I needed this within 2 days as I had an event. Dresses never came, I'm still waiting for feed back from Curvick and UPS but nothing to date. I have to create a dispute via PayPal. Which means I probably will not get my £76 refund until mid Sept. I will not purchase from this site again.

I am waiting for my refund it has been more than 10 working days as stated by their refund policy. I note that there is bad reviews regarding refunds already which I was not aware of. Pls be warned this business is not worth buying from very poor customer service. I will be reporting them to financial obandumans.

Poor customer service. No contact number just email address which no one responds to. First order from this online store and will never order from them again. Disappointed
