I received exactly what I asked for, the jumper looks great and it's made of high quality material. The skirt was a little too long for me, but it looks good, and the rest of the clothes looks fine.

Customer service is horrible, they offered to pay for the shipping fee and then took it back and said it was too expensive for them to do! I will NEVER purchase from this company again!

Really bad company.
I ordered a pair of trousers, it was supposed to arrive in 7-8 working days, but apparently it was out of stock, but obviously they didn’t update the website, so they could still have people buying something they would never ship, so after several emails asking about my order, and they kept telling me that was out of stock, more than a month was passed, I asked for my money back, and they confirmed, but never stopped my Klarna payment, so I had to get Klarna involved, and so I could stop the payment, but never received the first payment back.
I will never suggest this company, and never buy anything from them.

This is worst customer service I've expedites in a long time. I ordered 3 items and weeks later never received any updated tracking information of any kind. I emailed customer service and explained my frustration and was simply told that what I ordered was a new product and would take a while to ship. A week after, still haven't received any information, was told that my order was canceled per my request, only to find out days later that it in fact was not and I was still being charged payment through Klarna. After which I emailed customer service again, threatening to give a poor review, it was then that I was given a full refund almost immediately. Such a SCAM site, and I will never order/recommend 👎🏾

This company is a total fraud
This company is a total fraud, they claim to be fajas Colombianas but in reality is just a cheap faja from China. The worst problem with them is that if you don’t like the product or the product is not you size they completely ignore your request for an exchange or refund. If you have the patience to write 8 or 10 emails they will tell you that in order to exchange or return the product you will have to pay all the shipping expenses, and they only will refund you 20% of your total in a coupon because of some kind of expenses that they incurred to send you the product.
My order was $50 they offered me to pay to return the product and when they received they will send me a 20% off coupon to buy another product, Really
they are completely crooked, selling a trash just to get easy money. If you don’t want to loose your money stay away from this people

Poor quality jeans
Poor quality jeans, badly made, asked to return the item and I was blamed for asking for wrong measurements, I didn't even speak about measures in the complaint email in fact the jeans fit perfectly in size wise, but the stitching it's wonky the waist goes up till my bras strap, the right leg stiches start facing the left leg as u walk its crazy😮💨 don't order here, coz they won't accept a return as its overseas, they will give u a miserable discount instead for next order no ones ordering anymore 😒
