I have long bought Cushelle original as it doesn't block my WC but the quality has got worse and worse. The sheet ends frequently don't match up - at least 1-2 rolls per pack - meaning one has, in ef... See more
I used Cushelle Luxury Quilted Toilet Rolls for decades, as they used to be much better quality than the hugely overpriced yellow puppy brand. However, possibly since going tubeless, the sheet size... See more
The quality of the rolls has changed and not in a good way. Forget the advertising about 50% bigger rolls because the paper disintegrates as soon as it gets any moisture on it, is thin, breaks easily... See more

Disappointing New Cushelle Quilted
I have bought Cushelle Quilted for several years, but am extremely disappointed with the New 50% Longer pack I have bought recently. Previously this product had good firmness and texture, which meant we could use less, but now the paper seems thinner and softer and has less texture/quilting. I will be looking for a brand with better quality in future.
cushelle toilet tissue i
cushelle toilet tissue is now so thin I believe is about the same in thickness as Kleenex tissue, it's no longer our choice for toilet tissue. We will no longer buy cushelle
Cushelle.
Cushelle.. what’s happened to it! Where’s the reliable good quality product? Obviously sneakily dropping standards while pretending it’s the same superior toilet paper as before but this is definitely not the case.. easy to compare if you have a roll from an older batch. Shame on you..
So disappointed in this company!
Cushelle Quilted Toilet Tissue
As a household we are guilty of stockpiling a few packs of toilet rolls. However it is with interest I have recently, say over last 12 months, noticed how Cushelle change the (same) product we get on a regular basis. I noticed by comparing our old rolls with new ones. Each time it is interesting to note they reduce what you get for your money. The latest trick is un-quilting the quilted rolls and reducing the dimensions of the paper. This company tries to hide it's tricks with posh marketing and flashy language. I take it personally that they think loyal customers won't notice. It is a despicable policy and customers I suggest should consider carefully before remaining loyal to this brand. The overall quality of the product we purchase has nose-dived. And is now in a flat-spin !!
New formula ruined a once great product.
June 2024.
The ‘new’ quilted is a joke compared to the old.
It’s not even quilted!
You need twice as much as the old formula which makes for double the price!
How can Cushelle justify this.
Absolutely disgusting.
There’s way too much competition out there for you to be angering your customers.
Long term customer lost!
