I had ordered a sweat shirt for my mom for Christmas, I did order it late so knew I wouldn’t get it for ON Christmas, well it didn’t show up until a month later, the color was wrong, it was spelled wrong, everything about it was wrong.
They told me they would send me the correct sweatshirt with the right color and names spelt correctly, it is now AUGUST, 9 MONTHS LATER, I have no received the product I had order, which was $50, and I have not received any email back after emailing 5 different times already. This website/company is poorly ran, and just overall do not recommend doing business with them.

Do NOT buy products from this company. I received my product and it was incorrect. I reached out to the seller and they refuse to give me a refund or ship a correct product. All they did was offer me a 30% discount and told me to use that to purchase again. After I told them that was not going to work, they stop answering my emails. Why would I make another purchase to get my correct product? I STRONGLY urge you to stay away from this company because the customer service with this store is HORRIBLE.

I wish I could give no stars. The ordered a sweatshirt back in Dec. it never arrived. I emailed and got a response saying they are sending another one. I replied and said I want to cancel my order and get a refund. I have been emailing and emailing and no response. I have contacted my fraud department for my CC.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a sweater 2 weeks before Christmas that never arrived. I waited over a month and then all of a sudden tracker said my shipment was lost. I have been going back and forth with customer service for nearly a month now about a refund and I keep getting the same BS about a replacement product when I have clearly stated all I want is a refund. I know it’s never going to happen and I just lose $80. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had when it comes to online shopping. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Terrible. Do not order from this company. I ordered something 6 weeks ago. I have tracked it and it said it was delivered yesterday in Virginia. It was suppose to go to Michigan. Then today it arrives in Michigan. It is terrible! The stitching is all messed up on it. The sleeve stitching is very small not like the video shows.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts way before Christmas. Only for them to arrive late and wrong after new year. One of the sweatshirt was the wrong color. If i had known this company was based in china i would have never ordered it because it would have never came in time regardless paying extra for vip. Company is a rip off. Embroidery was half assed. Lettering was different sizes. Do Not Waste Your Money with this company.

Place is a joke. 100% a scam don’t waste your money. They got me for $120. They provided tracking even said it was delivered but never received anything. Contacted them multiple times with no response. 0 stars if I could.

They sent me a sweatshirt that was too small, (ordered an adult 2xl and got something that looks like a youth size) incomplete and letters on the front were crooked.

The sweatshirt itself seems as though it is good quality, just wrong everywhere else.

Worst part, they blame me for everything and are not going to do anything g to fix it.

I paid $65for a worthless sweatshirt and did not have a Christmas gift to give.

Really sad and poor customer service. So unfortunate, I really wanted to say something positive about this group because I thought it was such a cool idea.

I am very disappointed with this company and I will most likely never order from them again. I was not receiving any updates on my order and it was ordered the 27th of November.. I contacted them and they sent me an email with the tracking information again and guess WHAT. I placed my order the 27th of November and it says my package is still IN TRANSIT as of today December 22nd. I know after they send it out it’s not on them anymore and I understand it is around the holidays and it is customized but there is no reason it should take a month to get here let alone still be in transit. Hopefully I get my package soon…

I sent in a photo of a tabi cat, brown and black. Instead it turned out only shades of grey..it doesnt look anything like my cat. I got the one with two cat faces..and the second cat is all grey with white random triangles, i guess for depth? I really dunno...my sister purchased me one originally and its a black cat..the eyes were grey not green...we found it hilarious at how bizarre it turned out so i thought hey ill buy one for someone else..but if the main cat colours are wrong, its hard to even laugh at how silly it turns out..cause its just completely wrong.

I bought a custom photo brick gift for Father's Day, the gift was great, it was a pleasant surprise and surprise for my dad.

I received the mama embroidered sweatshirt. The fabric is very soft and comfortable, and the embroidery workmanship is also great. It's just that the shipping was 2 days slower than originally planned. I like this product and it's a good shopping experience.

Their MOM love flower box is just beautifully made, and each flower is crafted by hand. It's truly a beautiful piece! Worthy my money.
