clearly a guy trying to make money from second hand parts, if anything is faulty or unsatisfactory about the goods, the bloke will do his utmost to keep payment

Absolutely top bloke! Have been dealing with custombmx for years! Weather buying or selling prices are always fair and reliable. Joe the owner is always willing to quickly and effectively resolve any issues. I can honestly call Joe a friend and will always go to custombmx for my BMX parts for the most part.

The door to door service is always a bonus, (granted I live somewhat local) the parts are always accurately described and as mentioned if there's an issue Joe himself will typically resolve the issue in a very timely manner.

If your in the market to sell your bike or in the market to buy used parts this is the place to be!

Use all the time, never had any issues, always good communication and delivery timing.

Was advised item had shipped via Evri, tracking showed item was still with Evri and item did not arrive. Reached out to shop to ask where item was and after a few chases got a response to say they were chasing Evri. I went back to them every couple of weeks and got same excuse, so eventually requested refund but this was never given. Think they are not able to cover the cost of refunds etc. Would stay away and look from reputable dealer instead, or buy from eBay where you can get a refund.

Hit up the online chat just to ask a little advice and got countless questions asked with no hesitation.

Great selection of used Profile wheels and even snagged a mint pair of Odyssey R32 for under £100!

Overseas shipping was mad fast, will be back!

Would love to say great seller and very responsive.
With no fault of their own the courier sent our parcel out to the wrong address. The seller sorted this out in their quickest fashion and made sure the parcel was re delivered to me before i was back off our holiday.
Happy to say i had a very happy birthday boy who loved his new wheel set at a proper bargain of a price.

Large variety of parts at great prices, the custom service is really good, had a slight mishap with parts but the customer service sorted it out, parts and service are excellent. Only thing to improve would be to package parts slightly better, otherwise great experience.

Custom bmx is a great place to buy new and used parts from joe..I've never had any issues with anything and always get a bargin .some good deals for high end parts..keep up the good work man...

Great set of wheels at a super cheap pricepoint, UK delivery was fast and got tracking info emailed directly to me when dispatched.

Also picked up a frame for £75 which was £320 rrp
