The item arrived ahead of time even with a minor change causing a slight delay. I will use your services again and recommend to anyone that wants to purchase a quality, custom bobblehead and the resemblance is spot on! Thank you!

Thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting us with such a special gift. We're delighted that you loved it, and we're especially happy to hear that our team could make the process easy and enjoyable for you.
Enjoy your grandson's mini-me! 😄
Amazing craftsmanship and quality!
The bobbleheads similarity to the photos we sent was impressive! The handmade clay craftsmanship was incredibly detailed, and the overall product quality is great. We had previously used another company, and this experience was far superior in every way - the number of changes needed was minimal because they got it right the first time, making the turnaround time much shorter. Cherry was always professional and responded in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

They made sure I was happy with each piece before moving forward and were very receptive to feedback. Wow. Your artisan raised the bar on quality experience
The level of personal communication, interaction, and responsiveness with the artisan on my custom order was completely unexpected! Not only did I receive images of the product straight from the design workshop in time to request changes or touchups, within 24 hours, another image of the product with touchups was received with an offer to make any more final adjustments if
I wished to do so. This kind of extra effort, patience, care and pride in quality is rare. A standout effort on the part of “Cherry”. I can’t wait to receive this order, knowing it came from a caring creator.

Happy Customer
The initial bobblehead design did not closely resemble me. However, their customer service and design team worked with me diligently, revised the face and hair several times and the final design is a very close resemblance. The whole process was very smooth and I am very happy with the final product.
