My order never came and because it says it was delivered they wouldn’t refund me. I was given the run around about it. Basically I donated $100 to their company/they stole my money don’t order from them unless you like throwing your hard earned money away.

I ordered a personalised gold plated…
I ordered a personalised gold plated cuff and it came with a scratch on. I contacted customer service and another replacement was sent out within the week. When the replacement arrived it also included another copper cuff as a good will gesture. My partner used the cuff on holiday in the sea and swimming and it hasn’t faded or tarnished. He’s only been wearing a couple weeks, so can’t speak on longevity of it but customer service was really good :)

Cheap Crap - "Policy" Prevents Returns and Refunds
Ordered a NON-CUSTOMISED set of the magnetic bracelets. Within less than a month, my chain had snapped and fallen off somewhere out and about, and my partner's magnetic bead had fallen off (Not even mentioning I had to reglue the magnet into her bead within 2 days)
I reached out to request a refund, and, after sending pictures of the bracelet missing the bead, recieved news that a replacement was being shipped out. I requested a refund instead, as the chains are thin and cheap and will snap immediatley again. And was told "As per policy" that:
"We are really sorry that we didn't meet your expectations! We do not issue refunds if there is no mistake on our end, as the product cannot be returned due to its customized nature."
The mistake on their end was selling a thin, highly breakable product, and to add insult, the product was an off the shelf - non customised product.
RIdiculous state of affairs, avoid like the plague if you want an easy returns policy

It’s around a month and there’s no update since 5th of May
I have sent more than 5 messages and no one helped or tried to figure it out !
Finally, after the 6th message someone told me u have to contact Saudi Post
Then, I contacted them and they said (the package is returned back this is because CustomCuff put a blurred Postal sticker so we couldn’t reach u then we returned the package back) !!!
Is this my problem????!!!! The is very very neglected behavior and very bad customer service
They missed up one of my important occasions of my life
I don’t recommend CustomCuff at all

First of all, we would like to apologize for the delay in getting your order and thanks for the feedback. Upon coordinating with our CS team, it seems the address you have provided was incorrect. The order was placed last April 24 and shipped the next day. The issue was Saudi Post was not able to deliver it since the address was incomplete. You seem to have just repeatedly added the city instead of providing the actual street or house number which is very much needed in order for them to locate it. As you know, the success of the delivery is solely based on the address. It seems the order was just in transit for 7 working days if the address was correct, this should have been delivered earlier than the transit time which is 10 working days.
Our CS team will reach out and provide more instructions on the reshipping of your order. Kindly wait for their email so this can be sorted out as soon as possible.
