I started my Center in 2023 with a total staff of... me. It was a month before I was able to hire even one employee, and a proper Center Director was still a year away. If I didn't do it, it didn't get done. Much of it didn't get done.

But my phone was professionally answered the whole time, no matter what else was going on. I literally disconnected my phone and let MC3 field and screen all calls. They were responsive to my needs, answered calls just the way I asked, addressed concerns promptly, and helped me keep afloat while we learned this business. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As a customer of Customer Connection for 12 years, they have been an awesome business to work with. I never have to worry about my calls going unanswered when we are not able to answer them ourselves. Their staff is knowledgeable about our services and can speak to potential clients as if they are in our actual business. I consider them an invaluable part of our team. I highly recommend them!
