Fake call confusion
Your employees did very well so nice and understanding and they made sure everything was don’t completely and the proper way the only problem I experienced wasn’t really with your company it was with another company that was trying to sound like they worked for you they almost got me to give them my card info but luckily I had a feeling something was off so I didn’t go threw with it this happened several times so in the confusion I missed several of your called confused about what company was the right one eventually we got it figured out
