Cheap material. Looks like the image was very cheaply pressed on doesn't blend with the sweater just looks like a sticker. Not happy.

I enter in my tracking number it’s saying it can’t be found at the moment or it’s not in the carriers system but when I open my email for the confirmation it’s still saying awaiting shipment n I orderered it weeks ago. But it took the money out of my account n says it will ship ASAP it was matching sweatshirts for me n my husband for his birthday but because they still haven’t shipped yet I’m not happy n the fact it won’t read my tracking number dosnt look good.

I purchased 2 hoodies on Feb 3 and paid for express shipping!
I received them on March 4!
They both run small compared to a standard size hoodie! The sleeves are short. The hoodie stays above belly and doesn’t even cover the head when we put the hood on. Doesn’t look anything like the pictures! I was very excited but am now very disappointed. I contacted customer service with pictures on March 4 for a refund or exchange and they refused even though on their website they state easy exchange and fast refund. And they offered $10 refund! They are scam and they are stealing from everyone! Wish I read these reviews sooner!

Buyer Beware!
I ordered a his and her matching hoodie set for valentines day on January 23rd with express shipping. It didn't get to me until March 9th. Also what I ordered was supposed to say "Her guardian" and "His angel". What came was "His guardian" and "His angel".

When I contacted support they offered a $10 refund. (The cost of one hoodie was 29.99 plus tax and shipping and handling.) When I complained they told me I could pay to return it to China (a violation under the FTC. A mistake must be absorbed cost and shipping and handling by the company that made the mistake). I said no then they offered $15. I told them I wanted a full refund or the right hoodie. They are now offering a $20 refund which still does not cover the cost.

Bought 2 matching sweatshirts

1. Sweatshirts ended up being 2 different colors.
2.) Picture and print was MUCH smaller then advertised
3.) Treading of 1 sweatshirt was coming apart.
4.) 1 sweatshirt had 4 string holes on the sweatshirt. Almost as if they made a mistake on the first try and then just put another set on.

They then said because it was not worth it to send it back, they said they could only provide me with a $20 discount on my NEXT ORDER! I will not be ordering from them EVER AGAIN!

Ordered over a month ago and haven't gotten my items. Messaged the company and they said it was shipped, even without knowing anything about my order. How can you say my order is shipped when you don't even know the name on the order? Hint, it isn't in my name.

I purchase two matching sweaters for my husband and I and on the sleeve of my husbands shirt says "hasband" not husband, and when I reached out to them, they wantes to give me $20 back on an almost $50 sweater and not replace the item

I ordered matching hoodies for me and my husband and its been over a month and when I use the tracking number they gave me im told there is no match for the number they provided. I am out of 112$ not happy especially when we are in a pandemic. I only ordered from them because it was a gift. Totally disappointed in them

DONT TRUST THEM! This is a scam company. I ordered a dress for my daughter’s Xmas present and then sent a completely different item. Despite their website saying..’’‘’our members of QA Team inspect every product before packaging to ensure the maximum customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied it is easy to exchange or refund. Please don’t hesitate to contact us.’’ It is clear this statement is false.
They said it wasn’t worth shipping back to China and to keep the item and they would refund $8USD. Thankfully PayPal were brilliant and got my full refund plus postage.

The products advertised are not the products sold. I ordered 3 dresses for me and my sisters and the material, detail and size was completely different. We actually laughed they are that hideous! I contacted the company and they basically said sorry about this but you will have to pay for the shipping cost to return to China which will cost you a fortune so we suggest you just keep it and we’ll give you 10 USD. We paid £60 for them!
