Ordered in October.
It's past Christmas
I wanted to get a head start on some gifts.
Never got an update about my order. Kept saying that is was pushed a head in the queue.
That it will be shipped soon. That theyre busy with the Christmas orders. But I ordered in before the rush.
Asked for a refund and cancelled. Denied me and ignore my request. Kept asking for a refund and all they offered me was a discount for my product that never arrived.

My original email with support was from customyourlook. Than I was transfered to an email address from justtovip.

Feels like one of these AliExpress pop up sites with drop ship.

This clothing product and their excellent customer service have turned me into a loyal customer. I will continue to support them and recommend that you try their products if you are looking for high-quality clothing along with exceptional customer service. Their customer service is excellent.

I purchased a personalized garden flag as a new home gift. The quality is amazing and the colors are vibrant. I'm very happy with this purchase and the new home owners loved it!

I had ordered two shirts, and one came in the wrong size and was missing some of the picture. I contacted Customization Trend people and they sent the replacement within three weeks of the error. They stayed in contact with me at every step and were incredibly helpful, polite, and willing to give me information on what they were doing to fix my problem. I will definitely order from them again, the shirts were lovely and will be loved by they person I bought them for.

Cheap material. Inaccurate printing on shirts. Shortage on order. Not happy. Will never recommend or order from here again.

Delivery took almost a month to receive. Shirt material was so cheap and almost see through. Do not waste your money.

Very Poorly done, took so long to be completed and arrive!! The important person & day it was for was long gone by the time it arrived had it even if I decided to give it to her. Complete waste of money!

Part of my order was not correct. I sent a message advising same and received no response!!

I really loved the items I purchased. Wished shipping would have been sooner but it was worth the wait. Reached out to them to make sure items were on the way and response was prompt and appreciated. Items arrived packaged well and no damages.

Unfortunately I never received my order as it was sent to Alabama not Australia.

The wording on my shirt was incorrect! Customer service would not help me!! I recommend no one order from your company very poor service

Material is horrible!!!!! HORRIBLE!! For 35 bucks a piece, it's HORRIBLE! FEELS LIKE NYLON! Also one of the names i typed in wasn't what i got! I was given another name altogether

to complain,the response was immediate,and corrected in a couple of weeks.now I am happy with my purchase.thank you.

The names on the tumbler were all wrong. Instead of saying Lori and Michelle it says Sup and Jayuu. What the heck?

i messed up my order. customer service didn't help out. I wanted this shirt so bad now I cant wear it. I begged for help and was willing to pay to fix it. now I have a 30 dollar shirt I cant wear.

I was very pleased with how the cups turned out. The avatars were spot on and my girlfriends loved them!
