Failed to engrave leather bookmarks

I ordered three magnetic, leather bookmarks, each to be engraved with an initial. Red with "A", green with "C", dark brown with "T". The bookmarks arrived, correct colors, but no engraved initials. I can provide pictures. If "CustomizedToy" will send the correct merchandise, with the correct engravings I PAID FOR, I will revise this review or post a new one. And I am VERY DISAPPOINTED there does not appear to be a direct means for sending this sort of feedback, no email addy, no social media, only this rating form which forces me to give a one-star rating. (If zero stars were an option, I would select that.)

Unprofessional, Low-Quality Products, and Customer Mockery

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company warrants a warning to other customers.

I received two custom items, both of which were incorrect — names were engraved in the wrong positions on one, and the other was a “Dinosaur Puzzle” that arrived with no dinosaurs at all. When I contacted customer service politely with photos and asked for a resolution, I received a condescending and sarcastic email calling me “dear smart person” repeatedly and asking, “Is there a problem?” — as though my issue was unfounded or amusing.

Their email response was shockingly unprofessional, stating things like, and these are EXACT quotes:

-“Dear smart person, we engraved it according to your request. Is there a problem?”
-“May I ask, dear smart person? We customized the product strictly... Is there any issue with that?”

Rather than offering a solution or even basic respect, they mocked me and took zero accountability.

To make matters worse, they then posted a completely different, polished response publicly, claiming to care about “providing the highest quality service and products.” That’s not what I experienced at all.

And even if — purely for argument’s sake — I had selected the wrong options (I didn’t), the product quality was still poor. The “Dinosaur Puzzle” listing says Dinosaur Series in the title, so it’s reasonable to assume dinosaur elements would be included. If their website requires extra selection steps for that, it’s confusing and poorly designed, and they’re unwilling to help even in cases of honest mistakes.

Bottom line:

-Poor quality: wood product is thin and flimsy
-Zero accountability
-Incredibly unprofessional customer service
-No willingness to correct their errors

I strongly recommend buying your personalized gifts elsewhere.

There are plenty of companies who understand that customer service means more than sarcasm and deflection.
