I have made the order online, but the picture i had added was not good enough. The company contacted me and advised on how we could make everything better so that the final product comes out good. I am grateful for their patience and for their effort to accommodate me, and for theor commitment to good customer service and quality of products.

SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE. Horrendous quality, even worse customer service. They sent me a defective product. When I emailed them about it, they took forever to respond and stuck me in a long back and forth asking for photos and more photos. Then, in order to get an actual refund, I had to ship back the defective products AND PAY FOR THE SHIPPING MYSELF.

Amazing quality! I didn’t expect the keychains I ordered to be that beautiful

I ordered a custom photo-engraved keychain for Father’s Day and was really happy with the final product. Although it arrived a few days later than expected due to the postal service, the keychain itself was high quality and looked great. Customer service was friendly and responsive throughout the process. I would definitely order from them again!

I placed an order for 3 keychains for friends that were moving overseas. The company were late sending me the mock up image, then informed me they don’t ship orders less than $99 CAD and that they made a technical error allowing me to place my order (which was roughly $28). I spoke to 3 agents across 5 days before they actually told me they wouldn’t be sending the keychains out and that they refused to honour the order I placed. The only other option they gave me was to pay “an outstanding fee of $85.46” .. for 3 keychains!?
Incredibly poor customer service and waste of 5 days in phone calls and emails for them to cancel the order and leave me late finding a replacement company.

I have not received my order yet. I would never have placed an order if I knew they shipped from Switzerland. I chose a .ca website assuming it was Canadian. Misleading. They should make it more clear where they are shipping from or choose a different domain.

Good quality keychain. Great customer service, reply very fast... I got my order a few days late, so maybe expect a little delay as it's coming from Switzerland.

It was long before a recieved my order but I'm in an other country so it's probably the post of my country the problem !
