Long delay, no communication and incorrect item sent!
Ordered one pair of Puma football sock on 17th April. Their confirmation email did state that they don’t hold stock so shipping dates will be confirmed once they have an eta from the manufacturer. After a few weeks waiting to receive them, I emailed the company on 18th May. Andy responded explaining they are having delays with Puma stock. I then received my order on 24th May, the wrong size. I emailed right away, no response, emailed again, received an out of office with another person to email, emailed that person, still no response.
I only ordered 1 pair of socks. I’d definitely avoid if you are planning to spend a significant amount of money which you’re starting your season in the right kit will depend on!
Radio Silence
As others have mentioned, at best this company is incompetent and, at worst, they are scammers.
I ordered some joggers on the 07/05/2023 but did not receive any order confirmation - despite money being taken from my account. I followed up with them on the 13/05/2023, 17/05/2023, and the 01/06/2023 but had radio silence. Now into June and no sign of the email confirmation, item, or refund.
Really bad customer experience and I would highly recommend avoiding!

Great Customer Service - It's refreshing to find a business…
It's refreshing to find a business these days that upholds the value of good customer service. Ordered a kit in a specific colour for our U12's Girls team. Unfortunately as with most things these days the stock and delivery period changed. Andy contacted us to explain and offered an alternative but similar kit which was available. It turned out to be more in cost but agreed to keep the costs the same.
Football shirts
Andy and the team were very communicative and were able to deliver me exactly what I wanted for a very competitive price. Highly recommend.
Pretty sure this website is a scam
Pretty sure this website is a scam. Ordered in November, was told I'd receive delivery before Christmas. Followed up Christmas week, and they have no new information for me. Emailed again, no reply received. Followed up AGAIN this morning, currently waiting to hear back but I have a feeling I've been robbed.
Great price, great quality… but a long wait.
As seen in some of these other reviews, the turnaround time for producing these kits is quite long. I waited around 6 weeks for my custom order, but I appreciate it would be hard to get hold of stock in the current climate. Communication was okay, I got a response after a few days. The quality of the garment is very good, and the embroidery is immaculate. Would give 5 stars if production was a little quicker. Great price, great quality.

Not to sure why these guys are receiving bad reviews. They provided me with great service in a tight deadline. Everything was pretty much spot on and will be using them again in the future.

Stay Away From Custom Kit
I put in an order for two custom shirts over a a month ago as well as a request for a team shop. They don’t answer calls or emails anymore and I still haven’t received anything. Not even an update. This company is a giant waste of time and energy and I just want my money back at this point.

I’m really peed off I ordered a Nike bag and I checked on this app shop and it said it has been refunded to my bank but havnt received my money back and also I didn’t get an email saying that it’s being refunded so that’s stupid and also I didn’t ask for a refund so I don’t know why it’s been refunded for!!!!!

I approached Custom Kit with art work and asked if they could produce a range of training wear bearing the logo design. Will at Custom Kit produced some examples which were exactly as envisaged. It was signed off and an online shop created. All this was completed within the space of one week.
Clients have since ordered garments from across the range and have all been extremely pleased with the products. I have ordered myself and was very impressed with the service and quality provided. Additionally all the garments across the range are extremely competitively priced and certainly represent value for money.
I will certainly be ordering again and would have no hesitation in recommending Custom Kit for all your bespoke kit needs.
P*ss poor business practice
P*ss poor customer service. Ordered 3 items 2 weeks ago, just received an email despite chasing twice, saying that the items weren't in stock with their suppliers and I'd have to wait. 2 weeks to just check that... Appalling. The first email wasn't replied to, the chasing email was by someone and despite forwarding the email back to him personally, didn't reply. Then just had a generic email saying the items weren't available.

I ordered 2 Chorley CC cricket caps on 3rd June. Still waiting. No response to my e-mail query and can't get any answer to my phone calls. Looking at the other reviews, it appears this company has major problems which just can't be brushed aside by citing covid.
Ordered end of February and still waiting in July..
I placed an order at the end of February this year. The items were pre-order and it stated on the website that they’d arrive mid-April, which I thought was a bit late but I was happy to accept that. The first two items arrived in May, a month later than expected. It’s now four months later and I’m still waiting on one of the items. I emailed asking where the item was and was told it would arrive start of June, which it hasn’t, and probably never will. Do not trust this company, as they’re happy to take your money immediately but do not fulfil the order. Sure there are delays due to COVID, however I’ve placed orders with multiple companies during the pandemic and have never had a worse experience than this one.

The last email in the chain was from myself, asking where the item is, as it’s now been a month since you last told me it was supposed to be arriving. I’ve had no further update or reply from you since asking

Cannot get a response??
Ordered two club cricket jumpers and a hoodie on 12th April and it has taken 9 weeks! I chased on the 30th of April and to be fair i got a response on the 4th May saying it should be delivered the following week.
Then nothing!! I have emailed multiple times and rang in excess on 15 times and not once did they answer the phone or reply to email.
So disappointed as I introduced this supplier into my cricket club. Looks to me like they are going out of business??

No response, emailed this evening and received a message to say that their email address is no longer accepting messages. Looks like they have gone under which is hardly a surprise given their service
