I’m obsessed. These lashes give me so much confidence, they replicate the look of professional fake eyelash extensions!! The application process was easy, I loved how the bond and sealant is in one piece. My only problem was choosing what lash style to get as there’s so many gorgeous options. The customer service via the Instagram account deserves a 10/10 rating! So friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this brand to anyone who wants to try diy lash clusters!!

The best diy lashes i ever had. I made several orders with them. My favourite is their bond and sealant. So easy to use and apply. But i find it a bit pricey with the lashes. Sometimes i use cheap lashes but will never use any other bond products.

they look great and last for about a week as promised. they did take a try or two to get the hang of but this was more user error than anything. have repurchased multiple times and will again

I’ve been using Custom Lashes for almost a year now after going to lash techs for over 3 years. I constantly get asked where I get my lashes done and people are shocked when I tell them I do them at home!
Not only are they more affordable for me to do at home myself, they’re super quick to apply, I can do mine in under 10 minutes! My sets generally stay on for about 10-12 days before I need to remove and reapply.
The lashes are great quality and the lash bond and sealant is great; the bond can get a little tacky towards the end and that’s when I know I need to buy a new one. The lash remover is so effective for removing and super gentle too.
Their lashes are reusable so unless you’re wanting to try a new style, you won’t be constantly needing to buy new lashes every time you need to put on a new set!
The customer service is amazing and quick. You won’t regret buying from this business!

I have used custom lashes for a while now. And all I can say is, OBSESSED!! The quality of these lashes are amazing, so soft and lightweight on the eyes. I’m sensitive to traditional eyelash extensions and would get really itchy eyes so to find these and have zero irritation AND be able to put them on in like 5 minutes is the biggest win in my eyes. My favourites are the classy, fabulous and confident trays, because I can mix up my styles and create my own look everytime.

Been using custom lashes for about a year now. I love the Brand and not a day goes by where I don’t have there lashes on. They are easy to apply. I find my usually last nicely for a week and I can clean and reuse them. They aren’t heavy on the eyes and make me feel beautiful. The price is amazing, especially compared to getting eyelash extensions done at a salon and shipping is always very fast. I usually stick to the same style of lash (courageous) but there is also a good variety of lashes to choose from.

I first purchased the starter kit. It was easy to follow and didn’t take too long. Now I’ve repurchased different styles and it takes 10 mins!! And they last 10 days, one time even longer!! They don’t cause any irritation and they look so pretty! I’m obsessed!

I absolutely love these lashes. I was a sceptic, let’s be honest haha but within two uses I knew how to apply them properly so there was no irritation and they were very comfortable. Removing them was easy but didn’t have to until about day 5 or 6.
Customer service was amazing via Instagram and I’ve got nothing but positive things to say about them. Postage takes a while, but it was worth the wait!

Glue was all dried up when I received it. NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE COMPANY - email on website is FAKE. Waste of money. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I ordered eyelash starter kits from custom lashes and it ripped out when i try tried them on. And i send pictures to customer service and the blocked me from Facebook and instagram. No response from them.
