I placed an order for magnets last week and I had the best customer service experience ever. From placing the order and waiting for my proof, until I received the package, the entire process was easy and straightforward. Change my artwork after I approved. Refused to acknowledge the error or fix the problem. After some back and forth, they did end up redoing the order correctly.

I ordered several different high end promotional products ( labels, mugs, stickers) from the website and each time a representative walked me through the critical details so that the product selected met my quality and price objectives. The recommendation and selections offered were great. The proof before making and timely delivery was very important.

I have purchased 6x4 oval car magnets from them, and the product came out just right. The ordering was painless, and the artwork proof was done in only 3 hours. Tge customer service was very helpful and responsive. On top of that, the magnets came 2 days early. I would definitely get magnets from them again.

Asked several customer service reps before submitting project if the project was within the company capabilities and was told project was possible.

After project was submitted, it was delayed at least 4 times with holdups that needed to be resolved. I understand issues arise, but there was no notification to me any of these times from the representative assigned to my project that there were problems to be resolved - I had to find out by notifying the company myself each time.

Then, ultimately, after nearly a month of delays past the original expected delivery date, I was told the project could not be completed ONLY after I contacted the representative assigned to my project wondering why my project hadn't been delivered. My contact had again failed to notify me that the project could not be completed.

The preview proof I received was exactly how I wanted my magnets to look and they did! They arrived sooner than the expected date and they looked fantastic!

When I called Custom Magnets Direct, I was concerned I had waited too long before deciding to order the magnets I needed for my event. I was also concerned that I didn't have the art work required, or the expertise to order on line. The website said it was easy but I was still unsure.
I spoke to a C M D representative who walked me through the process.
It was easy, every step was laid out so well. I had plenty of time and received my order earlier than I would have ever imagined. The staff on the phone was very helpful is guiding me through the online ordering. After I placed the order, I learned that we should have the order shipped to a different location. When I called back, they quickly and pleasantly made the change for me. The order was completely quickly and delivered as promised. The magnets are beautiful and gets compliments everywhere we go.

CMD helped finish my magnet design well. The magnets came quickly and looked great. But be aware they must be kept dry. A storm at farmers' market ruined a number of them.

I found a good magnet company while googling that provides art work for free. They did an excellent job for me.

They immediately posted my initial proof and then shortly after my request, redone with my revisions. They placed phone call to follow-up and check to see if I had any questions and I was able to complete my order via telephone so that I could add additional items to my order. They made the whole process so easy!
