Custom Mat Board Reviews

Very quick service, the Mats are as ordered or cheerfully replaced, without delay, if they are not.

Beautiful art mats, good price, well-packaged, great friendly customer service - what more could I ask for? This was my first experience with Custom Matboards and I was delighted. Am about ready to place my next order. I highly recommend!

Highly, highly recommend. I had ordered the wrong size and they offered to ship a new set without question at no charge. This is the most excellent customer service I have experienced. The mat boards are high quality, thick and absolutely what I wanted. If you want to customize your picture frames I would highly recommend and they are reasonably priced compared to Michael’s. I will definitely going back for more custom mats.

Fantastic shop! I trust them with all of my mat orders and have never been let down!

The mats were in perfect condition and exactly as ordered. Fast shipping and excellent packaging.

Looking around for a truly custom mat to include a small indentation to allow the artists signature to be highlighted rather than simply have the mat oversized. Finally lucked out and got in touch with Custom Mat Board. They never questioned whether or not they could do the custom part of the mat. They just asked for exact instructions and in bit over a week the art is framed with the delux mat.

It didn't start out the best as first time ordering - I really tried to be very specific to all measurement colours for my order - it arrived in the time window promptly - but was not what I was expected or thought I ordered ? Anyway it was quickly addressed and in the end I received the double mat boards and they worked as I had planned for my piece ! It was a positive experience due to seller being eager to correct the order - I will be using this seller for some future planned custom mat boards

I am an artist in British Columbia mats from the Custom Mat. Ca. I use these on a regular basis for my Company, they are always exactly the way I order them and arrive in a timely manner, I will continue to use their product today and in the foreseeable future

I've been a customer of Custom Mat for about 5 years for my custom framing projects, they produce high volume for me monthly. We have a great relationship thanks to their competence and productivity.

Seamless, flawless, perfect. Lost.for words. Exactly what I needed. I saved so much money avoiding custom framing shops and hot something really personal. I love it.

I've ordered twice from CustomMat.com (in Canada it's CustomMat.ca). The first time it took a little longer, but the owner noted he'd credit my order if it was late. Seems it likely got caught up with customs. It got to me in time. The mats were perfect. I had ordered double mats. The 2nd time I made sure to order from the US site. Similar order of a double mat. Fast production, fast shipping, and it got to me quickly. The prices are much more than competitive, and the turnaround time is also much faster than my local mall shop. The owner was in contact with me about the first one, and both times I received automated emails letting me know the order was received, completed, shipped, and when it arrived at my door.

I definitely recommend them for your frame mat needs.
