Dutch thief

I ordered 200 custom picks back in July of 2025. After waiting about a month, I inquired about my order. They told me there was a shipping delay due to tariffs. I thought that was a reasonable excuse. However, after MONTHS of waiting, no product and just the runaround. I asked them to refund my money, and they said they would "check". How kind. But they did refer me to Steve Clayton. No Picks, no refund, and I'm out $200+. Don't give these guys your money. You will regret it. Unless you want to donate to their company. I'm sure they would appreciate taking your money. By the way it's March 2026. I don't think the picks are going to make it.

Second order is a disaster, avoid at all costs!

I have ordered customized picks from this company before and received a batch with my logo on them. The printing was excellent, and the turnaround time was acceptable. Since then, I have been receiving marketing emails from The CustomPicks.com Team, Michael Kenis. Recently, pitching new custom Dunlop picks, so I took the bait.

I placed a much larger order for the same design and also added some other orders with design variations. The total charge for the orders was over $300 US.

The finished product I received was a joke, nothing like the previous order. The picks are junk, and the printing is unacceptable. I immediately contacted custompicks.com and sent photos of picks from my first order and of the ones I just received.

They had been in contact with me during the manufacturing process, as well as during shipping. You would think they would have replied to my email regarding the absolutely unusable garbage they sent me.

You would think that, right?

Crickets. Not a word, no apology, no credit offered. Nothing. Basically F-off.

If you're thinking about ordering...don't. I have a couple of hundred picks that look terrible; you can't even see the artwork or image clearly. An absolute trainwreck, save your money.

Terrible Customer Service & Messed Up…

UPDATE: 4.5 weeks now and still no response from them for the mistake they made. Filed a case through Paypal and finally got my refund. Terrible Customer Service & Messed Up My Order. They did not respond to my multiple attempts to contact them about my order. I filed a case with Paypal. It took 24 days to finally receive my order. They sent the wrong size pick. It was supposed to be .48mm, and they sent .88mm. I contacted them again. However, I will expect not to hear from them. I will have to get my money back through Paypal.
