Custom Portrait Shop is super user friendly and easy to access! Their artwork is exactly as advertised - I was thrilled my portrait. Their customer service is also really wonderful. Would order from them again for sure!

My art was for a friend who recently lost a pet, and I was hoping to find a way to beautifully acknowledge the loss. They did an amazing job in literally less than 24 hours; taking a photo I shared and curating it into a super special water-color of sweet Jet, soon to be framed and hung forever. The customer service was excellent as I had a few questions and the response time was near instant. The turn around time couldn't have been better, and the final product is truly perfect!!!!

I sent them a few photos of our pet dogs and received a brilliant Disney portrait of them both. They even did a few additions that I asked for after the first draft. Definitely recommend!!

I send photos on the website and it was easy to upload and order.
The photos came back a little different then I expected so I asked the team to make some changes and they were super flexible to help make my vision a reality. Super great team to work with and so happy with the results.

I got my initial piece back from the artist, which was GREAT but there were a few other elements that I felt could be added to better capture our pet. Mel responded that they would get to those changes. It did take a week which was totally understandable given the more personalized changes I requested, and I was honestly so so pleased with the results! I didn’t think they would take all my suggestions into consideration but they did just that, and sent me 2 separate drafts to choose from! The responses from the staff were all so personable and kind, and it really feels like you’re speaking with honest people, and not just some automated replies! Highly recommend for work that will bring a smile to your face! :)

Do not recommend! I paid for a Disney portrait for a gift for someone. I didn’t receive anything from them until I sent an email and 10 days after they sent me. File that looked nothing like the dog I sent. I asked for revisions and sent more photos for reference, I had to keep emailing them to check on an update. I was then emailed the exact same file that had not had any changes. I questioned this and was told it had been revised. I then received an email apologizing for sending the same file and that the revisions would be made and a new file would be sent asap. That was 6 days ago, no replies and no file. I don’t know what is more disappointing, how much the image doesn’t look like the dog or the customer service.

I ordered one portrait for each of my brothers. The turn around time was 5 days (including weekends). The quality of the picture, and likeness to their dogs was uncanny. I do plan on ordering again in the future for some of my own pets. Highly recommended.

The team are brilliant at capturing the personality in the portraits of your pets. The initial portrait I got I felt as though the eye colour was too dark so the team were so quick to rustle up an amended version with lighter coloured eyes. I could not rate the team or their service enough! Worth every cent!!!

The work came out perfect. The people worked closely with me to make sure it was perfect. It was a great pleasure to work with them. Will work with them again.
