Disgraceful communication. Website promises 5 business day printing time. My order had still not been despatched after 20 days. They did not respond to several emails sent to three different emails addresses they have. Disgusting way to run a business.

HORRIBLE! I ordered socks and pj pants for Father’s Day with prints on the first week of august. The socks came a week after Father’s Day and said super GRANDMA. USELESS!!! My kids couldn’t give that to their grandad. The pants did not arrive I am still waiting. They offered 10% from a $65 that’s including postage. So unreasonable.

Do not buy a custom jigsaw from this company. They have no idea what a jigsaw is. EVERY PIECE is exactly the same shape so is impossible to do. Quality was non existant, they supplied it with torn cardboard on many pieces. Had to separate most of the sheets which was difficult as not cut properly.
Zero communication until I lodged a PayPal dispute then only offered 50% refund when it will end up in the bin.
LOOK ELSEWHERE AND AVOID MASSIVE DISSAPPOINTMENT!

I ordered a custom onesie for my newborn granddaughter; the item arrived two months later. The quality is very poor and the worst I’ve seen. The stitching is crooked, the neckline is crooked, and the snaps at the bottom don’t even match up. It really is a piece of $20 trash. I’d advise against purchasing from this company.

Do NOT give this company any of your hard earned money. They DO NOT back up their work. Offering me 10% refund on a puzzle that looks so awful it will be going in the trash. The color is awful and the photo looks stretched out. Complete garbage!! Go with a company that actually cares about their customers. Read other reviews, they are similar to mine. I wish we had done that before we wasted money.

I received the puzzle in about a month or so which is what im used to. Im fine with that. It came in a little bag which i initially thought was smaller than i purchased. But i opened it up and did puzzle. It was perfect! I love it. Perfect gift for my mom. I placed it in a gift box already done for her and will give it to her on her birthday.

Beware, I ordered a custom puzzle and it was very poor quality. Not only did they crop out a large portion of my picture, but the puzzle pieces were not unique shapes.

I ordered $200 of custom puzzles and sending clear pictures to create a puzzle from. I wastold it would be sent out in a week, I receive my puzzles a month and a half later.
At this point, each one of the puzzles that I ordered came back with an issue. Either the picture is faded so much that it renders the puzzle undoable or the pictures were cropped down leaving parts of the original image out. I have been in contact with a person from the company and they have just been saying that they can only refund up to 20% since it is a custom item. I am offering to send each and every item that I ordered back to them to get a refund, and they are still giving me a hard time about refunding my money. This is very frustrating as a customer and I will be blowing this up on the Internet about the company. Again I paid over $200 and basically that crap for it. Hopefully over the next couple days I'll hear that they are willing to refund my money and I can edit this review based on their customer service.
