The lyrics and singer are wonderful, and I really love the personalization.

However, the audio quality sounds a bit harsh on the ears, especially at normal listening volume. It feels like the sound might be slightly sharp or not fully balanced.

Love song for anniversary: I took my time and recounted the highlights of our 36 years and was very specific in what I wanted in the song. Nothing was left out. Nothing. My wife cries every time I play it for her. Do not rush your thoughts and try to get this done to quickly. Plan ahead (1 -2 weeks) put paper to pencil and they will produce a unique and special song that can only be for one person and one person only.

The process is so easy and straightforward. The communication is wonderful. I had a song made for our 27th Wedding Anniversary.
