My clients stickers were printed…
My clients stickers were printed substantially darker than the original file I sent. I sent an email explaining what happened so Kassidy requested that I send the original file again to compare images. I do not think she ever looked and compared the prints because they were reprinted and looked exactly like the first set. I have been a customer for years and the quality has consistently gone downhill. My client was not happy and nothing was done to make the situation right. Very disappointing.
