I still haven’t received my package I paid
For the 2 day shipping sunday

Been waiting all day for it suo to be in am arrival and not it's 7pm Eastern time

It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten my order tracking number

Very happy with the product. High quality and just as advertised. My only complaint is it took a little longer than I would have liked for them to produce and ship it. In fairness, it was stated in the advertisement that it can take a few business days for production. 13 calendar days between order placed and delivery. I live 10 miles or so from the place where it was shipped from.

I purchased 2 hoodies and when I got them they fit and I washed them according to the tag. And now they do not fit and according to customer service no returns on washed items. I thought I was ordering from a reliable company and would hope they would expect customers to wash garments before wearing them due to Covid precautions. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone.

Ordering was easy enough. But wasn't really provided shipping info. Was a gift for my daughter and she likes to track packages. Got an email that said order as received and wanted me to download the 'Shop' app to actually track the package. Other than that no complaints. Received within 2 weeks. Good quality, and daughter loves it!!

Placed order on 2/25/21 and paid extra $5 for 2-4 day shipping .. still haven’t received the merchandise. Shouldn’t offer fast shipping if you guys can guarantee it will happen.... False advertisement and I will tell my fellow letter Carriers to not order from this company. Today is

Colors were swapped from what I ordered and it took a long time.

Its good at first, but when I started ordering bulk it's missing some order and complain of stain on a white hoodie. Customer service really play time game nothing have been done!

ZERO * We ordered sweatshirts and they were too small. In an attempt to return them, Per the instructions, spent $15 and sent the order to a PO box in CA. The package was never picked up it came back to us two months later. Attempts made to contact the company again and we've had Zero response to our request for a refund. They are a ZERO in our book!!!

Ordered 2 Cummins sweatshirts a week ago. Paid for expedited shipping, they haven't even shipped yet.

I paid for 2-4 day delivery and my package hasn’t even arrived anywhere, usps hasn’t even received it yet, very disappointed

I ordered two shirts. His and hers. And they mixed the sizes up. So they were the wrong size shirts. But the quality of the shirts are awesome. Nice shirts just wished i got the correct sizes. I ordered expedited shipping 2-4 days and it still took about 10 days but I understand with COVID going on.
