Sonia was really helpful in arranging a tour around my existing itinerary as I was visiting India for a family wedding. Being on my own, I really appreciated having Sonia and my driver meet me at the airport and having the same driver, Dalip Kumar, throughout my tour. I never felt nervous of Dalip's driving which was quite a feat since driving in India is nerve-racking for an English tourist! Dalip took care of helping me check in to hotels, showed me round places and helped me sample some street food. Sonia arranged hotels around my preferences and the hotels were beautiful, particularly the Baradari Palace in Patiala. I had a wonderful time in India and would definitely recommend Custom Tours. I hope to be using them again next year and will ask to have Dalip as my driver.
