Our company bought this bucket truck brand new in 2019. The handles broke off soon after that. We have been trying to get replacement handles for our 2019 bucket truck for the past year. We've been told multiple times that they have been ordered, but they never come in. We are now not having our calls and emails returned. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service we have been provided. We paid too much for a truck that fell apart and for an extreme lack of customer service. If 0 stars was possible, we would give it. This has been an ongoing problem for well over a year. It is pretty disappointing that it still has not been addressed.

I stopped into the new branch in Jackson Michigan today to check on the inventory of dump trucks. The guy at the counter gave me Rich Honoway's card to give him a call since there were no units at the Jackson branch. I talked with Rich and he was able to find the truck we were looking for and get us on the build list. I have been looking for a truck for 3 weeks with getting the run around from dealers. Rich was great to deal with and handled the transaction professionally.
