Really good service from the very start, communication was brilliant, updates were all on time and everyone was very friendly, the XL bar that i order exceeded expectations, top quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, could not be happier with everything from start to finish! Thank you!

Believe all 1 star reviews and take every other review with a pinch of salt.
Cowboys/girls is a compliment. Utterly shocking treatment. Happily taken money and not delivered as per my order. I've many emails and messages going back to September 2023 promising delivery and the refund... Neither have been delivered.
Disgraceful and they are getting away with it!

Delivered friday and we love our new bar! Was so nervous after reading some reviews but couldnt be happier so cant complain!
Do wish we had ordered upholstered stools but that’s my mistake

Ordered 'J' shaped wooden bar in black wash effect. Bar arrived in good condition and am pleased with the size quality of the construction. Will look to add my own metal foot bar which I think would improve the overall look.

Couldn't do 0 stars. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a barrel table on 5th December through their website after speaking with them on facebook marketplace. Paid over £200. Agreed to have our logo engraved and fixings attached so it could be chained up. Order arrives 13th December AT 10PM AT NIGHT after being told to wait in between 7am-7pm. No logo engraved and no fixings. Delivery guy says a stencil has been put in the post for us to do it ourselves, this wasn't made clear and still to this day I'm waiting for a stencil after having to accept I'd been lied too. 18th December the table top on the barrel snaps off. I send a message on FB and get told to send enquiry to an email address. 8th Jan still no response to email so I chase on FB. Have to send email again and get told I'll get a response that afternoon. Now 22nd Jan and no response to email or on FB now. Absolute joke of a company and will be going to the store to sort it.

Payed, ordered happy days.
From start, communication have been awful.
Finally product arrived, there is no words to describe how bad it was.
I’ve been trying to get my money back from The Custom Wood Company- unsuccessfully.

Item arrived in June 2023, BUT….
Wrong item made, finish- wobbly, absolutely not acceptable.
I’ve asked for this item to be return and therefore my money to be returned,
I’ve being ignored since June,
No money - £420
No contact from them.
I WISH I’ve read Google reviews looks like many more people have being fraud.

STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR SELF MONEY

We ordered an L shaped bar, we are pleased with it. We were given a 7 to 7 delivery slot, unfortunately we didn't get delivery between these times. My partner contacted them for an update and was told it was still out for delivery. We still hadn't received by 10pm, so contacted again, we had an immediate response. They went above and beyond and we did receive our goods the day they said. Thank you for making the extra effort to get our goods to us 😊

I ordered a bar and barrel table combo in November 2023 with the delivery due within 3 weeks as expressed in the confirmation email.
After several emails and messages, it finally arrived over 5 weeks later, which was passed the event I originally ordered it for. It also didn't arrive with the custom stencil I requested.
Very poorly managed company that is unable to keep to deadlines.

THIEVES.
Do not buy from these fraudsters. Believe all the one star reviews and I can put money on the five star reviews are from friends and family. We ordered, and paid for, a custom bar on the 15th August. Since then it’s been lies, lies and more lies or being completely ignored. We’ve been promised a refund since the beginning of January and now both been blocked on social media and ignored in all other methods of contact. Goodness knows how many others they’ve scammed. Stay away.

Ordered 3 pieces, only one got delivered, I was then given 3 other delivery dates which they failed to deliver on all 3, this was as I am opening a new business. The owner of custom wood company is a pathological liar who claims things are on their way, but actually don't even exist. Luckily I received a refund for the unfulfilled order, but please do not use this company, more stress than it's worth.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever written in my life. Please believe all the 1* reviews - presuming anything any more than that is their friends and family.
Don’t believe the made up story of “it’s 1 or 2 people making new accounts who are out to get us” - it’s utter nonsense.
I’ll be more than happy to share screenshots to anyone proving this.

We ordered multiple bits of furniture for our business - after 3 PROMISED delivery dates and 3 no-shows it’s time to finally vent my frustration.
We waited until 10pm last night for the last promised delivery - nothing turned up and so our busy is opening empty. Utterly devastating.

This company will give you every excuse under the sun as to where your items are.
Van broke down, items lost and being rebuilt, overseas, the list goes on.

The company used to go by the name Sawdust Group Ltd which is now dissolved - after a quick Google you’ll see they also had many many 1* reviews.

At worst, this ‘company’ are absolute low life scammers, at best it’s two people thinking they can fulfill orders and can’t, and not a care in the world about it.

Customer service -100000, you have to pester and pester for any form of update (hate being that person). Still waiting for a refund for my make believe furniture.
