Would recommend
Service: 5 star service department, no question. They think along and are very helpful indeed. Quick replies to mail, and very friendly attitude. Initial print was too dark. Contacted service and immediately got a voucher for replacement print. The following print was much better, and all provided guidelines were taken into account. Bliss!
Delivery: Fast and reliable. Within max 2 days i had the large (16 tile) print delivered, in a neatly packaged box. Packaging is such that there is no chance for damage to the tiles.
Print/material quality: The material for the tiles is great. Lightweight, and easy to mount on the walls, no drilling needed. Overall print quality is good. Colors slightly darker than on (to be fair, non-calibrated) screens though.
Point of feedback:
The placement/design tool on the website is too small, and doesn't allow for zooming of the entire image (just the print, tiles stay same size). This can make precise placement of large print(tiles) challenging.
However, once again service came to the rescue :)
All in all a great experience with Herinneringen op Linnen, worthy of a solid recommendation.
