I ordered a hat

I ordered a hat. Never received order not refund when requested. When you inquire about order you get a pregenerated automated response. Definitely a scam.

I've always had a great experience with this company. The items I've ordered have always arrived on time and great quality. My first purchase from this company was on October 2, 2023, and my latest order was on February 29, 2024.

Never Received Goods

I have never received my items or any notification they have been shipped. I have reached out to the company but have not received a response. I have now disputed my purchase with my Platinum Amex card since the goods have not been received after placing my order just shy of 30 days ago.

This company needs to be closed

This company needs to be closed. They advertise like crazy with images of amazing clothes and accessories. I finally placed an order for one item (a $76 cardigan) that appeared to be in stock. Over a week later, still no indication of a shipment. I decided I no longer wanted the item since I was able to find the same thing cheaper and readily available to ship from another merchant. I couldn't locate their number at first so I emailed them asking for the status of my order and if it hasn't shipped to cancel. No response. I followed up with a call after locating their number on their Instagram page. They advised me that they don't cancel orders. WHAT? They then proceeded to confirm they could only offer store credit - for an item that never shipped! This is legit criminal. This is unethical and I will never, ever do business with them again.

no store credit for returns as promised

I received my Items as expected but I did not like the way one of the items fit so I returned it. They only offer store credit. I confirmed through shopify that my return was received from the store rep and that it was being processed. 2 months later still no store credit and the chat in spotify has been disabled. They have yet to respond via their email address. Terrible customer service and $100 lost.
