I hadn't looked at any cover like this as there normally a rip off, however Andrew found me the ideal policy that suited everything I needed and went out of his way to help and explain everything but with no hard sale like other companies.

Andrew was great from the get go. Got to grips with what I wanted, which was medically underwritten income protection. Not possible in my circumstances so was able to offer an alternative cover which did exactly what I need.

Being a gardener I’m hard to get hold of in working hours. Andrew was polite and patient never making me feel like I was wasting his time, and has finally got a policy sorted about 8 months after the first call. To be clear, this is as down to my delays, and not his work. I even ended up getting injured without insurance due to not following Andrew’s advice quick enough!

I couldn’t fault the service provided by Andrew or Cutronas, and we will certainly be using them again
