Complete silence when emailing for an update on an order placed well in advance of a 50th birthday and still no show 22 days later. Phone number goes to 'this number has been switched off'. Cutsy - please read this and contact me.

Advertised 12 day turnaround came and went. Emailed for an update, told delivery by end of week. That didn't happen. No response on subsequent follow-up emails. Avoid entirely. Not worth your time or money. Awful service.

Sadly, the record I received is insanely quiet, the noise level is through the roof, and every speck will result in a loud pop. This is unusable for DJ-ing purposes.
The order had to be made ad-hoc over Paypal since the company is not shipping to a neighbouring country (Ireland). I hope this will be fixed for their sake.

Not happy, and won't order anymore.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to write this negative review for Cutsy or, if I did, it would be to award 5-stars. While my ordering experience was faultless - prompt, interactive and without major issues, Cutsy's failure to respond to two post-transaction email queries has left a bad taste in my mouth. The vinyl record I received was as ordered but a little on the "low volume" side. My emails to the company weren't to complain or seek a refund but to get some guidance as to how I might learn to improve the audio file quality next time I submitted one. I was genuinely pleased with what I had but felt that, if I was to place more orders in the future, I would like to ensure I didn't overlook some key editing function before submitting it. All I've been met with is silence so, with regret, I'm only offering 1-star for poor after sales service.

So far i ordered 2 vinyls and they both said they’d be arriving between 26th and the 27th of june as “Dpd” said they’d would i have emailed the company with my parcel code and refer code asking if i could have a estimated shipping time i really hope i can change this review to 5 stars but for now i cannot

Edit: A month later now giving 1 star, got my vinyls and half of the songs would bump and skip, put a completey different artist in the middle of my vinyl i think it was Olivia Rodrigo, some songs would end early and some would start in the middle of the song. £150 wasted on 2 vinyls would not recommend and will not be buying from here again

First time ordering from this business and I am incredibly thankful for their great customer service! Ordered a record for my girlfriend's bday and they worked incredibly hard to make sure it arrived before the deadline. I spoke with Yasmina via email and communication was quick and very helpful. Couldn't be more positive about my experience!

Someone has got back to me now so although I still do not have my record I am increasing my review from 1 star to 3.

I have ordered from Cutsy twice and each time had a perfect experience. The second time I needed the record slightly sooner than it was expected to arrive so contacted them and they hand delivered my project the next day! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I’ve ordered twice from this company and adore their product. It’s such high quality and their customer support is always so personable and friendly, I spoke to Ellis on this occasion. I can’t stress how good their products are truly it’s identical quality to any other vinyl pressings you can buy but with your selected audio. Also the image upload is great and polished on both the covers and on the vinyl itself I just love them and will undoubtedly purchase again! Delivery is also always on time 😊

Just received my custom vinyl from Cutsy and OMG I am so so happy with it! The print of the cover and picture on the record is incredible! I’ve tested it and it is absolutely perfect! Ordered 8th December and received today (17th December) so they stick to their expected production time and next day delivery!

Forgot to write this review but i got a 12 inch customised from these a while back and one side dont play at all, needle jumps right to the end, i do not recommend this crap company at all, save your money and go some place else

So happy with my order! Image quality on the sleeve is fantastic, securely packaged, recording quality brilliant. Turned up a lot quicker than expected too. Only downside was that the record allows 12 minutes of recording per side, but the website allowed me to add more than this so the company did have to let me know they were deducting the extra songs, however they were very apologetic for the glitch and reached out to me straight away. This issue has definitely not put me off ordering again in future.

Delivery was really fast and music sounds great. Really happy with my purchase. Thank you Cutsy!

What's not to like? Created my own vinyl, ordered, arrived earlier than expected and was exactly as expected. Great service and will definitely use again.

this was an amazing gift for my girlfriend, the quality of the music was great and the design was very vibrant and clear, the only downside was the flimsy inside cover the vinyl was actually in but you can’t really see that so i’m very happy with this, it also came very quickly

Vinyl was extremely crackly even though I uploaded a high quality audio file. Customer service are very slow to respond and have to keep chasing. Make sure you test the vinyl before giving as a present!!

They also force you to pay £10 for shipping which is apparently ‘next day service’ which it definitely wasn’t.

Website uploader is broken and nobody responds to emails.

Was hoping to get an order in time for christmas but I guess that's not happening.

Unanswered comments on Facebook and Instagram suggest other people are experiencing the same problem and haven't received answers either.

As emails are not getting a reply, and they don't have a contact phone number, resorting to a review on here in hopes that it is noticed.

I look forward to changing this to a 5 star review as, from what I can tell, their product is excellent if you can ever manage to order it.

Amazing product as well as service! The website wouldn’t let me submit my artworks so I emailed them and they were all fantastic. They took all my information via email from that point with great customer service and the record was made and received all within a week! Very happy and it looks stunning. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s thinking of buying!

Love it, it's the best gift, sounds great, looks great, a little addictive, everyone's getting vinyl for their birthday now!
