Very easy to browse and order the cake from one country to another.

The system kept defaulting to sending to me not to the shopping address - no idea where it's going now!

If I could give this company and their delivery company no star I would. Do not use this company, I ordered in the 5 May with them insuring delivery for morning of the 9th May. Goods haven’t arrived. Just disgusted and disappointing

The selection of cakes is fantastic. The website is really easy to navigate. Really lovely touch to add in the surprise free gift at the checkout, can't wait to try the Raspberry Ripple tea!

Just LOVE cutter & squidgy! Don’t look anywhere else if what you need to delicious and fresh cake packaged beautifully and delivered you your and a friends door !

Easy to navigate website with clear photos and a good description of what to expect, ie sizing of brownies. Nice selection of flavours. Great that you can nominate a day too. I’m sure my youngest studying at uni will love the surprise and love the brownies even more.

I came across this company while looking for a thoughtful gift for a friend who’d recently lost a close relative. I wanted something more meaningful than flowers, and their product instantly felt perfect.

After signing up, they sent a discount code, but I didn’t spot it before checking out. I was amazed to discover I could still apply it afterwards — something I’ve never seen before. It speaks volumes about how considerate and customer‑focused this company is.

I’d already left a review before realising all of this, so I wanted to update my experience to say a genuine thank you. Their service really made me say “wow”. A rare find these days.

We placed a corporate order at Christmas for our clients at our marketing agency. They were fab and the feedback was extremely good! We reached out via email and the team at Cutter and Squidge were super helpful in getting everything set up. Equally, they offered next day delivery which really helped as clients were sending in their info for the orders.

Do not use this company unless you want to be bitterly disappointed. We ordered well in advance a chocolate cake for a wedding celebration to arrive on a specific day - with email confirmation of the delivery date - only to be told late on the delivery date that the cake could not be delivered until the following irrelevant and wrong day. How disgusting and to say we were disappointed, disgusted and annoyed is an understatement. On calling Cutter and Squidge they refused to speak to their delivery courier to ensure the cake was delivered on time and the customer service was non existent. The cake was ordered from Cutter and Squidge and the buck stops with them. Post honeymoon the couple will come back to a mouldy cake. We (family and friends) will never use this company again and it appears from the reviews other customers have had the same experience. A wedding is a lifetime event and you simply cannot get the delivery date wrong as that's incompetent. Cutter and Squidge should hang their heads in shame.

Have just placed my first order to thank a business that went above and beyond with their service after my husband suffered a stroke.
So I hope the actual goods taste as good as they look.
Then we can order some for us to try.!!!
The website was easy enough to order from too.

I purchased the Easter Hamper post Easter, as there was a nice little discount and it gave me the option of trying lots of things. I was thinking about purchasing birthday cakes from them in future if they held up. The packaging was gorgeous, although I was a little surprised when I picked it up because it wasn't very heavy. Everything was smaller than expected. At first, I thought the 6 inch cake was a tiddly one for Easter, but nope, this is the standard! Now, I'm happy not to be wasting any because our family is small, but I did a quick calculation and it works out at £8 a slice if you're buying a regular slice?! That would be pricey at a sit down restaurant with garnishes and extras! Now, the taste itself was absolutely divine, but gorgeous as it was, I just don't think that can be justified, so I'll be looking elsewhere for special occasion cakes sadly. This was a fun experience, but we're one-and-done.

the cupcakes were a gift for mother in law. They are embarrassingly tiny! Also, the specific flavours i ordered weren't the ones we recieved. 3 of them had nuts on and i live with my wife who has anaphylaxis reaction to nuts!!! Total rip off/scam. I got home from work all excited to here what my mother in law thought of the gift and she awckwardly had to explain and i knew straight away that she was disspointed. She said, if you paid more than £8 for them you need to complain. THat plus the huge risk to my wife from nuts and which was a result of not being sent what i ordered, is the reason for the complaint. I hope i get money back!!!

Bought the half billionaire's Easter egg having seen it on FB. I'm now obsessed. Which is unfortunate as I've been pretty chocolate-addiction free for the past few years. I seem to have relapsed and am contemplating bulk buying before they run out. Only buy if you have a huge family/enormous willpower/are going to give them away immediately.

Awful. Didn't deliver birthday gift on time as promised, then provided almost amusingly poor customer service - provision of irrelevant and disinterested responses. After a month (!!!), they still haven't delivered what I ordered - to an urban area in East Anglia!

I ordered using a gift card , which was accepted and deducted from the total. When I received the confirmation invoice it showed the whole amount, without taking the gift card into account. There was an option to correct for a 'forgotten' gift card but when I tried to do this it said the card was not valid. I cancelled the order. I have no idea how to use the gift card and conclude that this is a scam.

Just received the most amazing cake from cutter & squidge for my son’s 14th birthday . I ordered the chocolate fudge cake and it was the most sumptuous, gooiest and delicious cake I’ve have tasted for a long time . Fabulous service and delivery couldn’t fault at all . Will certainly be ordering our next celebration cake from you very soon 👍❤️🎂😋

We ordered a last minute cake for a relative's birthday. It arrived exactly on time and in excellent condition. We did as suggested and put it in the fridge until the day. On the day we took the cardboard sleeve off it whilst it was still chilled and then left it out for about 4 hours at room temperature. We ordered the Chocolate Fudge Caramel Cake and it was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Would use this company again and would buy this particular cake again.

It was super easy to view the products and place my order.
