Normally brilliant service - have used Shane for a number of years but as with the previous reviewer I’ve heard nothing since booking the annual cut which is now due. No response to email or WhatsApp. Looks like he may have left the business but no idea if anyone else picking it up. Will look elsewhere.

Very disappointed… booked last year for an early July appointment. No show, lots of phone calls later with very little to show for it. Always reliable in the past but sadly no longer. Shame.

The three young men removed an extremely tall eucalyptus tree and it was obvious from the beginning that they were very professional, fully trained and all wore full Personal Protective Equipment. They worked very hard together as a Team, concentrating fully throughout the potentially dangerous procedure. No banter or horseplay, just focussed virtually in silence, each carrying out their designated role. They were very polite, and friendly. Many thanks Cutting the UK. 5 Star competent performance at a very reasonable cost.

Really pleased with the tree cutting and hedge trimming job undertaken by Shane and team. They're skilled professionals, focused on delivering a high-quality outcome. As well as being a great bunch of guys! Highly recommended.

Quote was reasonable. They trimmed and topped a high laurel hedge, They reminded me to arrange sufficient parking for their vehicle and trailer and arrived spot on time on the agreed date. They had the proper equipment, were courteous, did the job effectively and removed all cuttings. Very professional. Well done!

These guys rock. Turned up bang on time. Efficient, polite and friendly. Reasonable price but nothing was too much trouble. When they left they made sure everything was back where it ought to be having moved garden furniture themselves, they even used a blower to ensure no sawdust was left. I would highly recommend them.
