ONLY FLAW WAS THE COURIER DELIVERED TO THE UNIT NEXT DOOR WITHOUT CHECKING IT WAS THE CORRECT UNIT.

Great sales support if you aren't sure what you need.

Customer service could be better
Purchased a digital caliper. Delivered on time but on inspection the caliper didn’t work as it was delivered with a flat battery. They acknowledged the item should not have been delivered with the flat battery, but didn’t offer to pay for the new battery
