Canceled my order because of some 3rd fraud program. Still haven't received my money back

As we already stated in the emails we sent you following the cancellation of your order:
Shopify flagged this order as a high risk of fraud and advised against fulfilling the order.
We cancelled and fully refunded the order immediately.
The refund transaction has been marked as complete by our payments processing platform as of the 18th of September.
We also sent you a link to another store which carried the product you requested in the order, should you wish to purchase it there.
Here are the reasons for the order being marked as fraudulent.
1. It seems 5 different accounts were created all within a 1-mile radius of your specified delivery address all with various different names.
2. The IP address you used to complete the order was a proxy.
3. The order was of relatively high value and our order protection service was unwilling to insure it against a potential chargeback due to its high-risk status.
